The company should replace this item and send me what I need

The buckle on this item does not work I can not get it to open. Unhappy with the size, I thought I ordered an inch there's no way that this is an inch wide.

Not Reliable for Walking but Cute for Looks

I love it but it doesn't stay tight. Definitely more of a looks collar and not one I'd trust hooking a leash or chain to. The Buckle clasp is really nice, it's just the part that tightens that doesn't do its job.
