Thicker, heavy duty cables that sacrifice versatility.

I like the feel of these cables a lot. Thicker and more durable than most bands. I use them for rows and chest press/flys. You can also do ticep push backs and play with the different angles by wedging into your door frame either high or low. Overall, because of the heavier duty cables and the unique feel of each cable being independent of the other, this has been the one piece of home equipment that best simulated a real piece of gym equipment. These make cable rows close to that of a cable machine, and I'm satisfied with that. I've been lifting for 10 years so the 50lb variant is light, and I need to do about 20 rips to get a burn, so I'm going in again for the 100lb one. The caveat for this cable is that it's so long that you can really only use it for a couple things. It's not practical to use for any sort of leg exercise. It's so long that it's hard to use for biceps. Overhead back pull downs can't really be done because of the long length of the cable. But, because the handle and cable themself have a great feel, I'm satisfied in spite of the lack of versatility.

Great little gym-in-a-bag

Great for a north-of-55 guy who has no aspirations of becoming the next Arnold, but doesn't want to let himself go completely either. Good resistance and if you're creative in your positioning, you can do pretty much any exercise that you could do with real weights.

Great Exercise cables!!!

You can use these cables all different ways. I've been using the 100lbs for a year now and I am purchasing another set of 100lbs to setup different cables exercises with them. I've been working out with all kind of Lifeline cables for the past 10 years and this one of their best gadget.
