Needs SHALLOW old work box!

This product is ok and works, but they need to specify that you most likely will need a SHALLOW old work box...average size old work box depth is too much.

Not enough bracket pieces

As others have said Overall I think this would be a great frame if it came with the correct amount of low voltage brackets. This is a 3-way outlet box and it only came with 2 of the low voltage brackets so I wasn’t able to secure the 3rd outlet.

Professional look and easy to install

This box is great for Seamless installation of a tv on the wall with no wires visible. I installed an electrical outlet in the side as my wall is only 4 inches deep. The middle spot is a little tight for an appropriate outlet electrical box but if you use it for low voltage applications you should be fine. Professional look after all was installed and easy to mount with the ‘old work’ style mounts it has on it.

Honestly haven’t installed it yet, but so far it has been exactly as I anticipated. I am an electrician so I knew what to expect. Should work perfectly if I can find the tim to install. I Will update if It fails to meet expectations

Won't fit in a 2x4 wall

This is a nice unit allowing for a clean flush look. But the depth of this unit is enough that an outlet in the center is not possible for a 2x4 wall. Good thing I'm running the outlet on the side and ethernet, HDMI over ethernet and cable can be installed in the rear space. I plan on using the other side for a computer display port and audio. Just something to think about with this wall plate.

Not straight forward instructions. For a little bit more money my electrician was able to get me the exact idea that was easier to install and came with a surge protector for the TV.
