Clean structured wiring install

One of the things that makes structured wiring messy is often the power cables coming out of the box. This keeps everything tidy.

Great product - difficult install

This is a great product. It was installed in the side of a Legrand onQ cable Managment receptacle. This was a retrofit in an existing wall. Once mounted on the receptacle it was very tricky to get the assembly into the hole without over cutting the hole and having the trim plate not cover the hole.

Nice addition to my On-Q enclosue

This worked out great for my On-Q enclosure. I am glad I purchased it, even though I thought it was a little over priced. However it gave me what I needed and installed quickly and neatly. May my work easy. That is worth a few extra bucks up-front.

Fits but with different hardware and some modification

These outlets do fit somewhat in the enclosure but they did not line up very well and I had to buy/use self-tapping screws to get them to install properly. I also wish the box was a little deeper as these outlets take a lot of space and do not leave a lot of room for the wiring underneath. I went with Legrand because the local Menards sells this brand if I wanted to upgrade or needed to repair something, I could just go there and get it but, if I had to do it over I would go with Leviton as they have never failed me.

Worked as advertised! Everything fit perfectly.

While I despise proprietary systems that force you to use their overly expensive add-ons, this worked in their proprietary media enclosure perfectly and was a good solution for what my needs were. They could have made it a standard box but the need for surge protection was more important than the added cost.

Overpriced and difficult to fit in the included metal box

I like to leave a bit of wire slack, and the metal box included with this is relatively small and the surge-protected outlet is big. Big orange has deeper (3.5in) metal boxes of the same size for ~ $3.
