Disappointing
The color is great, but in my opinion these are not what I would classify as a trouser leg pant… it’s more of a slightly wider straight leg. Because of this alone I would return them but they are also too small and too short. I’m 5’4” and typically buy size 8 or 10 pants. I wanted these to be shorter so that’s why I picked a 10P. I clearly should have gone with a regular length because they just look bad. I’m also not sure if a 12 would even fit me… maybe a 14. At this sizing they would fit in the hips and thighs but be huge in the waist. If you are a pear shape this should be a good cut for you. I’m definitely curvy in the hips but not that much and I cannot recommend these pants. Perhaps if you have a straight shape these will work.

Perfection does exist.
I had a hard time writing this review. I really didn't want to share these soft, great quality, sophisticated dark blue color and stylish pants. Sorry my fellow women I was temporarily selfish but now I will share my praise and experience. If you are heavy these pants make you look slimmer, they are forgiving, forever stretchy, elegant and are my to go pants for my California casual lifestyle. I am generally in sweats at home but I wouldn't wear sweats outdoors because it's offensive to certain eyes. However, these pants feel just as comfy as my overused soft sweats, yet look perfect at family gatherings or drinking coctails along the coast. Throw a blazer on top, shirt, white cute sneakers and ta-dah you are instantly stylish. The fashion police will approve. Now if you are my size 200 pounds buy size 18. I bought 16 so I can have a pair when I lose weight.

One of two pair that I ordered: Kahiki and Denim Color
This came from the same page [grouping] as a pair of denim colored pants that I ordered earlier. I love the denim color pair, these not so much. For one thing the fabric is very different. The denim pair is a lighter fabric that is perfect for summer. This pair will be much too hot for summer. Also, there is much more stretch in the fabric which is Ok just not the same as the denim color pair. Both were marked "petite" but this pair is one whole inch longer. I will have to have them hemmed. Extra cost. Both have plastic zippers which is another downside. i kept them anyway as the fit is such that there isn't much strain on the zipper. Hope it holds up. I really don't like plastic zippers but you get what you pay for I guess. . . .shrug. . . . I would give the denim pair 4 stars. Perfect inseam but one off because of the zipper. These not so much. I kept them but I really wanted the same fabric and length as the denim color pair.

Absolutely love these!
Bought these for a conference next week, was very nervous about getting my size right for something I do not commonly wear. I absolutely love them, I am 5'4 and 180 pounds and size 16 petite fit me great. Very comfortable fabric that isn't too hot or too cold and goes with a lot of different tops. Going to buy another pair!

Good quality but needs to be altered and cleaned.
The fit is great. The length needs to be hemmed about 3 inches. Adhesive stuck to the fabric. Same as many have reviewed and hoped it wasnt the same for me, but it is.

Very flared, too long
I thought I'd finally found the perfect denim-like trouser pant, but unfortunately these fit tight in the thigh and very flared on bottom - not the trouser style I wanted. Also, I'm only 5 feet tall and the petite size was still a few inches too long. I'd say to size up if you're in between sizes, and don't consider if you're quite short.
