Cheap box / lid doesn’t stay on
Like many, our baby is very fascinated by tissue boxes so we bought this in the hopes that it would satisfy her curiosity. Pros: - Bright colors - Tissues are decent for a mixture of sensory variety - At least a couple of images are recognizable Eric Carle artwork Cons: - The box is cheap cardboard—if it gets wet it’s basically ruined - The lid won’t stay on when tissues are pulled out, which sort of defeats most of the purpose of this toy for us - You can only link tissues in 2s or 3s. Cannot link all tissues together (more of an observation but seems like it would be common sense)

New Fave
We lost the lid but my kiddo still loves this toy! We got it when our baby was about 9 months and I wish we would’ve found it sooner! Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is that I wish it came with either more squares or bigger squares inside so it was stuffed fuller like an actual tissue box. They are just kinda lay flat at the bottom but our baby still loves it!

Cute but top does not stay
The container design is very cute, but as others have noted the top does not stay on at all. I knew this might be the case when I bought it, but as Christmas is close, I did not have another option for this toy, except for a homemade one out of a tissue box, which I may still make. I used transparent duct tape to keep the lid on, so we will see if it works on and after Christmas.

Cute and sturdy, but the lid pops off easily
This is a super cute toy and the tissues are great and work just as advertised when it comes to attaching them together on the corners, but the top of the box is not snug to the box so anytime a tissue is pulled out, the whole top pulls off. As pulling out tissues is a fave of my toddler (and every baby I know?!) I was excited for this toy, but it doesn’t really work as advertised unless you hold the top on while the child pulls. Also, threading the “tissues” edges together isn’t hard, but a bit time consuming. A small peice of velcro/hook and loop on the corner of each tissue could be easier/faster for parents to put them back together. All that being said, it is a cute toy, the box is sturdy, the tissues well sewn and fun that some are also crinkly, and my child loves just taking them all in and out of the box with or without the lid. It was a Christmas gift, so worth the money, but otherwise a better value would just to let your child have at a box of tissue over and over.

Lots of fun but room for improvement
Smaller than expected and the lid comes off VERY easily which actually makes playing with it more frustrating - especially if you have an older sibling "helping." Other than that though, the "tissues" are a lot of fun with their variety and everything seems well constructed (box is made of cardboard, so it's not the sturdiest thing ever but it is nice quality cardboard).

Good value, some flaw in design
I like the different textures of the tissues in the box and there is a good amount to play with. I don't like that the top of the box comes off very easily. Is the box gets knocked off the top will fall right off. The tissues have slits in them so you can try to connect the tissues to pull them out like an actually tissue box but not all tissues have the slits and the opening is very small making it difficult to create a chain. Even if you can make the chain the opening in top of the box is wide and it won't create an actual tissue pull. The price point is right and my son really enjoys playing with it. It is worth the purchase just know it isn't exactly how it's described.

Not made well.
This toy was way overpriced, and not designed well. The little crinkle squares are way too small, and cannot effectively be pulled from the box. We bought a different one that was way less money, that our grand baby loves. The crinkle squares are 2 or 3 times bigger, so it works like a tissue box, which is what it is supposed to do.

Not worth it
Was so excited for this but there really isn’t much to like and definitely not worth the $40+ 1. Graphics are not true to Eric Carle. Definitely replica and they look morphed 2. The lid is too small for the box so even the slightest pull, the entire lid falls off 3. The fabrics are tiny 4. The silk fabrics are a choking hazard. Our 5 month old was playing with then and shoved the entire mini silk square into his mouth. We threw those away 5. The cardboard that the box is made out of seems very cheap Pro: our baby loves the soft fabric squares I wouldn’t pay more than $5 for this again. Save yourself and order some fabrics for your little one.

Do not buy
I like the concept, but the box is too big for the fabric pieces. They do not pull out like a tissue box. However my daughter likes the textures and crinkly-ness of the tissues. And the lid did not stay in, I had to tape it.

not worth the price.
Cool concept but poorly designed. Box is cardboard which won’t last with baby putting it in his mouth. Lid comes off too easily. Honestly seems like a dollar store find. Wouldn’t recommend

Not like I expected
Not what I expected at all. Not like a tissue box in the slightest. The box is too large to act like a tissue box, once you pull one out the rest will fall in. I was quite disappointed when I opened it. Not worth the money in my opinion
