A bit snug

All of my other size 14 suits are loose on me and this one is a little snug. I love the color and the style. It’s not what I’ll be tanning in but it’s perfect for a resort, public pool, beach, family event. The molded cups with shelf elastic partnered with adjustable should straps also help support and lift. The bottom is brief like in the back. This is a well designed swim suit.

Very Attractive Design / Conceals Tummy Area

For reference: I'm 5' 2", around 125 pounds, size 36A chest, and have a bit of a tummy pooch that I've never been able to get rid of no matter what I eat or how much I exercise. That being said, this suit fits me very well all around. I love the double layer of fabric around the entire torso, the rouching in the front and along the sides, and the beautiful crisscrossing on the back. The double layer is undetectable but along with the rouching really helps to even out and conceal any bulges. The crisscrossing adds extra appeal to the suit, giving a bit of a sexy look for a mom who wants to conceal her tummy. I really like that the crisscross is built in, so I don't have to worry about it coming untied and then having to adjust and retie it. Because I'm pretty small in the chest, I'm unable to wear strapless garments because they tend to make me look even smaller than I am. However, since this suit has the ruffle all the way around the top, it does help to not make me look flat-chested. I'm still unlikely to wear it without the straps, though, because it just doesn't feel comfortable to me (personal thing). My deduction of 1 star is only due to my own personal opinion about the straps--they connect a tad too far toward the armpits for my liking, creating a boxy chested look on me. For someone who has a bigger bra size, that probably won't be the case. In summary, if you're looking for an attractive, yet semi-modest suit that hides minor bulges in the torso, then you're likely to love this swimsuit!

High Quality but Not Flattering For Me

I ordered this suit in Cherry, 12. I typically wear a size 12 (I am 5'4" and approximately 175 pounds). It fit me well. The material is high-quality. I like the ruching in the front and the criss-cross pattern on the back adds visual interest. That being said, on me, this suit was not very flattering. I am on the short side and have a shorter torso and a larger bust - this actually made me look more rotund/apple-shaped than I am. I think this would look really nice on someone who is tall with a smaller bust.

Nice quality

The quality of this swimsuit is like your typical department store swimsuit. It has a good lining in it that is more than some of the cheaper suits. I got it for my wife who is 5'10" around 155. It ran just slightly larger than I think it should have, but it does have the ruffle and other attributes that make it work ok. My wife, honestly, didn't think it had a lot of flattery to it, but I think it looks like a typical one piece in its design and the back design adds a bit more jazz as well. I think the pricing of $130 is a bit much for this swimsuit and by more than double. Nice but, runs slightly large and price is higher than what is reasonable for this suit. Good thing is that the material is not see through. Hope that helps.

Runs long! Size down

I went by the size chart and user reviews (the limited number available when I got it), and ordered a 10. I’m 5’0”, 145lbs and 36D. I almost ALWAYS have to size up to a 10-12/L (sometimes XL) in swimwear, even though my pant size is 6-8 or M. I should have gone with an 8!!! While this bathing suit is gorgeous and made very well, the torso runs very long. I have a long torso, too!! It fits me perfectly on top, but length wise it’s so long that it creates too much gathering and bunchy fabric in the butt. The cute cutout in back doesn’t lay flat or taught, either. Too much rippling actually makes it look too small, instead of nice and compressing. I worry a smaller size might be too tight in the chest though. Love the ruffle and ruching in the tummy. I was afraid a ruffle would make me look top heavy, but it balances out my shape and gives me a nice hourglass figure! I also don’t have to “hide” my cleavage or worry about my 41 year old boobs sagging…. ???? If you get it, order a size down and not up! I can hide the extra fabric with a cute swim skirt or sarong. I’ll try to add pics when it warms up a little!!

Nice, but wasn't flattering for my figure

This is a nice looking swimsuit. The the fit is as expected and it doesn't look cheap, as some inexpensive swimsuits can. However, the ruffle top wasn't flattering for me; I think it works best for women with smaller bust.
