Not the best

Be very careful with these. The weight of the glass shades will pull the arms down, and the metal is very soft. I say soft because we tried to tighten the bolt on one of the arms and found the threading was already stripped off. We had to return that whole unit and replace it. We are keeping the lights because ever home owner needs a $200 mistake, and the warranty says you can't return anything you install ( which...how do you know if they work if you don't installl...), so I wouldn't reccomend buying these unless you like taking chances and don't believe in quality control.

terrible customer service with broken item

I purchased this item for a remodeled bathroom on a home I just purchased. Of course the fixtures were the last to be put up. I was so excited as the bathroom remodel was just about done except the two bathroom fixtures and the towel racks. When my contractor opened the box there were 2 light fixture globes broken out of 4. I wasn't to upset because I figure the easy fix was to just contact the company and they would just replace the 2 broken ones. Thats when the nightmare started and that was weeks ago. Now my beautiful bathroom looks totally unfinished as the fixture hangs with just 2 light bulbs hanging there with no globes to finish its look. Buyer Be Ware from purchasing from this company because the totally ignore any contact!!!

The package arrived fine but was missing a bulb collar

The package arrived fine but was missing a bulb collar. Also, the far right arm became loose and now hangs below the other lights. I tried to tighten the nut holding this arm together to the center piece but was hesitant to turn as the nut is made of plastic. I'm still trying to contact someone at Golden Lighting/ Amazon to get my bulb collar.

Love it!

I bought two of these. One is mounted shining up for ambient room light in a general purpose room. My other is mounted bedside shining down for reading. They look very nice and function perfectly. The size is nice and doesn't make them look like an afterthought, but the size is too big for me to put in a 3' hallway where it could get bumped.

Great for the price. Add a nice touch to my kitchen. The only issue I have is straightening all four, one seems to always want to tilt a bit.

This is FAR BETTER IN PERSON.... Beautifully made and looks great since we are snowed in and hubby off he just got it put up in bathroom. Makes my area pop very well made and good quality. Very worth the monies I spent on it. Thank you for making a great product.
