Quick shipping about 15 mins assembly however the back of chair is not tff HR at comfortable

Great customer service to fix the chair

It was good for the first couple of months, but now, the back is popping out and will not stay in place. I truly liked the chair before it broke. It isn't like am a big person either. I weigh 145 lbs. This shouldn't happen to a chair like this within a couple of months of use. The great thing is that their customer service reached out to me and replaced the back of the chair.

Nice for the price.

Nice sturdy chair. Hard to roll on carpet, will have to get a matt. Normally I can put things together pretty fast without reading instructions. Watched and followed the video, couldn't get the to arms to attached to the back of chair per video. Read instructions in tool bag and put it together in little to no time. We'll see how long it holds up.

Great Value

Spent so much time looking for a new office chair. Everything overseas is overpriced and this chair was a great find. Comfortable amd very stable. Super easy to put together.

Nice chair..Seat is very uncomfortable but... I can sit in it for 8 hours..

The chair is nice. The seat cushion is very hard.. I will need to place a seat cushion on top of the seat. I am able to sit on the chair for 8 hours.
