Great Functioning Mini Tool

Great tool - I have two of these short stubby screw drivers - both slot and Philips head - keep them in my range bag - great for adjustments on the scope and installation of scope.

Great for tripod baseplate screws

I bought this for one very specific reason: I needed a flathead screwdriver wide enough and skinny enough to not strip or damage the 3/8 screws I use to mount my camera to tripod baseplates. I have multi-tools that are built specifically for camera rigging BUT the flatheads that come on that multi-tool I've found can sometimes be too thick to fit inside the slit for the screw. Tired of looking for a coin or other device to unscrew a tightly held camera screw, I rolled the dice on this Klein tool and it's become a game changer. No more stripped baseplate screws. Solid purchase.

I like Klien tools

Nicely made. The blackened tip is just paint, for show, but its a well made screw driver. The rubber wrapper on all their handles limit the maximum torque you can apply with your hand, beyond which the wrapper can move, so its an "electrician's" screw driver. I'm a craftsman/builder/furniture maker, and I like 'em anyway and would have no reason to torque so hard.

This screwdriver is designed to not slip off the screw head. It works very well for that purpose.

Nice 5/16 stubby

A little small for Islander Mooching reel drag screw, wish there was a 3/8 slotted stubby. If you look at Amazons ad photos, the one I got looks like #1 and #2, not #3. Its a straight blade all the way down the shaft to the tip, not flared like in pic #3.
