Worked well as long as it lasted
Purchased 3 summers ago and it's torn on top and will need to be replaced. It's cheaper then the Weber OEM cover and the Weber one didn't last any longer. I'll buy it again.

Tight Fit for WSM 18.5
I bought this cover for a Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5”. The cover is a little tight for it. I have to shimmy it past the door handle. So far it’s holding up 1 year later in the Bay Area fog although it’s starting to feel just a little stiffer.

As headline states, this is my 2nd time buying this cover for my 18" weber smokey mountain smoker. first one lasted about 5 years if memory serves me correct. it finally failed from UV damage on the top of the cover that made it very brittle and ripped one day I removed it. had this cover not been exposed to direct sunlight and suffer UV damage, I suspect this cover would have easily lasted several more years as the rest of the cover was still perfect and only the top became brittle over time . if one were so inclined to try some sort of UV spray/treatment on this fabric cover, maybe they will last even longer. but for 5 years in direct sunlight, I can't complain for the price of these covers. they hold up well and fit the 18" weber smokey mountain very well!

Great looking and truly waterproof
This is an excellent cover for the Weber Smoky Mountain smoker - the kind of cover that should have come with the smoker in the first place. The weather was quite cold the first time I put this on, and it was a tight fit. Now that summer weather has arrived it slides on easily and looks great. The most important difference between this and the cover that Weber provided is that this cover is genuinely waterproof. I can't tell you how many times I've been frustrated by the permeability of the Weber cover. Just about anytime it rains, water will leak through and settle into the bottom of the smoker. Fortunately the WSM is a quality smoker and won't rust out because of its baked-on enamel finish. But when water sits in there too long - for weeks or months between uses - the moisture will do its damage by making interior grates rust quickly and encouraging mold to grow inside the smoker. In contrast, I left my smoker outside on the patio covered with the Classic Accessories 73002 Veranda Smoker Cover during two torrential downpours. The streets were flooded, but when I removed the cover there wasn't a drop of water inside of the Weber. This is an excellent investment along with your WSM.

Consistent quality product
This is the 3rd cover I've purchased - not because the other 2 have worn out - but because they've done so well. I have one for the smoker, and 2 for kettle grills. The color fades a bit in the sunlight but other than that they've done well. I had a different cover a while back (maybe from wmart?) that was less expensive but moisture would accumulate on my kettle grill even when fully covered and I've never had that issue with these.

Nice cover, watch out concave bird bath
I have an old smokey electric and this fits great. This cover is a strong material and is very water resistant. For some reason old smokey recommends to store the smoker with the lid off. When you do that and then put this cover over it and it rains, a nice big pool of water forms in the concave pit the water creates on top, which eventually overwhelms the cover and drips inside. I went to use my smoker after a big rain storm and there was a good bit of stinky water mixed with juices from my last batch of ribs! I am going to start putting my lid on prior to storage, but the lid is flat so its not like the nice dome which you see in the picture, where water just flows off the top. I think the answer is to make sure you anchor it tight so water flows off and does not pool on top, like how you anchor a rain tarp over a tent. This is a serious peice of material and is well worth the money and looks nice and clean out on your deck. I cannot imaging anyone is making anything better. Again, my problem is that my smoker is flat on top and not domed. My problem is not this cover! Maybe i will stuff a beach towell on top of the smoker to create a little dome.

Fit my existing fire tower after original one ripped.
Loved the neutral cover and it had a drawstring on bottom to tighten if wind blows. Very thick and waterproof.

excellent replacement cover
I have a weber smokey mountain 18 and this is an excellent fit. the clip on the bottom makes sure it won't fly off and the construction seems to be good quality. At this time i'm very satisfied with my purchase. If something changes I will come back and edit my review accordingly..

BBQ cover
I use this product to cover a round BBQ. I had a hard time finding a cover that would fit my BBQ. This Smoker Cover does the job excellently.
