For Dogs Whose Heads Slip Out of Collars

I thought the extra loop was a defect until my dog sitter told me this kind of collar is top of the line. It's perfect for my puppy whose head can't stay in normal collars without choking him. This collar stays loose around their neck UNLESS its attached to a leash AND tugged. So it essentially makes the collar temporarily smaller like a choker but keeping the pressure off his neck. Plus i love oogie boogie 10/10 Update: my puppy is rambunctious and now a year older and STILL has this collar. I just throw it in the wash when it gets dirty (remember to remove the tag!) and there still isn't even a fray on it. I still stand by this purchase .
