Very heavy and well made !
Just redid our kitchen to rustic country. This Fossett makes the whole kitchen. It’s absolutely beautiful. Very old fashion, country looking, very heavy and well-made. Would recommend this Fossett to anyone.

1) When I installed the faucet, I realized that the knobs turned the wrong directions. Standard rotation (in my personal 40+ years of experience) is hot water on the left = counterclockwise (on), clockwise (off) and cold water on the right = clockwise (on), counterclockwise (off). This faucet was the exact opposite and I knew I would NEVER "get used to it" because...well....you just can't erase 40+ years of muscle memory. So....I took the valves out and switched them. Upon doing so, I noticed a color coded ring on each valve to indicate hot water (red) and cold water (blue). And sure enough, the blue ring valve had been installed on the left and the red ring valve was installed on the right. I just chalked is up as an assembly line "oops", possibly someone suffering from a weekend hangover. IDK. Either way, it was extremely easy to remedy. 2) The set is oil rubbed bronze but the small plastic cap that covered the hose attached to the side sprayer was a very bright mirrored chrome. Not really that big of a deal considering it sits into the sprayer holder on the sink. You can't see it until you pull up the sprayer. 3) One more small thing....(sorry, not really, to all of the environmentalists who may read this), I enlarged the hole in the center of the water restriction piece in the end of the faucet so it would stop making a high pitch whistling noise and provide decent water volume and pressure. Again, very easy to do. Even though I had to do a bit of "adjusting", I still believe this is a quality faucet. It's beautiful, heavy, solid, all brass.....even the side sprayer!! I loved the fact that the valves did not seem to be loaded with plastic pieces. Also, if the valves ever do need to be replaced, you can easily replace them from the top, without unhooking and removing the entire faucet. This is a big plus for me considering that this faucet is replacing a very well known, name brand faucet that did NOT provide that convenience when the valve (loaded with small plastic parts) malfunctioned and broke within 3 years. All that's left for me to do now is use it and see how it fairs over time. My gut tells me that this faucet will hold it's beauty and proper function far, far beyond 3 years.

I'll say that I don't have any comparison for build quality, other than the cheap faucets that I replaced. I don't have experience installing other brands. It feels solid, and yet the swivel is very easy to move. Knobs are nice and positive. The squirt nozzle has good weight to it, and is solid, I like it! (don't drop it in the sink, you'll likely break whatever dishes it hits) HOWEVER, I really don't care for the black plastic trigger on the squirt nozzle. It's the only plastic thing in this entire setup, and I really wish it were chromed metal or white porcelain, or some combination of the two. The black plastic just looks cheap to me. It does work very nicely though. The plastic trigger on the squirt nozzle is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. I knew it was going to be black when I ordered it, I just didn't realize it was going to be plastic. I was hoping it would be black metal. It looks great, the trigger aside, and really fits in nicely to a 120 year old house :) I'd buy it again, was easy to install, my sink already had flex lines, so that made it really easy. It's not a concern, but just a notice, I've never had a dual handle kitchen sink before, but compared to my bathroom sinks (which are dual handle, unknown brand), these handles twist the opposite way. Not enough to annoy me, but I'd be curious to know why they rotate opposite of my other sinks.

Stay Away from Kingston Brass
The media could not be loaded. Very hard to find parts for. And you WILL need parts after about a year. The knobs strip out. The valves last about 2 years. There are little extra parts that don't come with the knobs. The hot water turns the wrong direction. So guests always remark about it. Just an all around hard company to deal with. Kingston Brass acts like your the dumb one when you call them...then they admit the issue...then they still expect you to pay for the part. Then they tell you they are out of stock. I am replacing with a better, more well known brand.

Really Neat, Stylish Faucette!
I love this Faucette!!! It is so stylish and different--really adds character to my sink. It is very well made, and the flat black finish is really cute. My plumber had it installed in aa very short time, and he was impressed with how attractive and well made it was. I am really enjoying it. So much more fun than what I saw in the stores!!!!

Overall, good value, looks nice, poor customer service
***Update Jan 2021: We have owned this piece for over 3 years. The cross handles cracked and broke after two years. It took the company 6 months to get me my replacement handles. The piece itself still looks nice but since cross handles are the most used part of this piece, it would be nice if the handles were made sturdier. I am not sure if I would buy this fixture again. We have been using this faucet for about 6 months. It is a very heavy piece and feels sturdy. The hand sprayer is also heavy. It looks gorgeous installed. I was hesitant to buy it because the price seemed too good to be true. So far I am very pleased. Most other bridge faucets are over $700 and I couldn't see myself spending that kind of money on a faucet. My only complaint it that the letters on the cross handles have popped out and I had to glue them back in place with silicone. I don't know how long it will hold but I was disappointed with them when that happened.

ALMOST Perfect
This is a beautiful faucet set, and great in every aspect, except that the little "H" button popped off the faucet and found its way down our drain. It seems to be heavy duty, and is impressively beautiful. The sprayer is surprisingly heavy & powerful. Also adjustable for more delicate spraying. Well worth the money.
