Still working on it...
It looks great, but....One vertical pole did not stay screwed in, so unit falls apart when you move it. Going to try Loctite glue. Lower bar between two vertical bars slides down, no way to tighten. Uses smaller screws of two sizes. Called manufacturer to request two longer screws, but was told we had to send full package back. Too late for that. Decided to live without lower bar. If Loctite works, will be satisfied. Kind of. If not it goes in the trash!!

Nice additional to our new bath
Overall this is a great product, easy to assemble and sturdy. The only down side is that it is not tall enough to allow a bath sheet to hang over without pooling on the floor. You have to first make one fold before putting the towel on the rack.

Item discontinued by manufacturer
As others have found, the top cannot be attached to allow it to stay on and the center bar does not stay in place. I called the manufacturer who said the item has been discontinued and no parts are available. I contacted the seller but was never connected to a person. All communications were by e mail. The seller made it very difficult to return the item. I finally contacted Amazon for assistance. Item has been returned. I strongly suggest that no one purchase this item.

Excellent product
This is a very nice sturdy towel rack. I was looking for a shiny chrome piece for towels that would allow a towel to be completely unfolded to dry properly, and this is it! I was a little confused about the "white box" wording in the description, but when the product arrived, it is in a white shipping box, that's it. Looks like it will hold up well through many years of service. Very classy piece! Highly recommend it if you have nice polished chrome fixtures in your bath, as it accents them well.

too short, soft metal, fragile finish
Although I was careful in my attempt to assemble the rack, the dark finish got scratched and the soft metal threads kept mis-threading and stripping. When I finally got the rack assembled (with only a few threads remaining to hold one of the pieces in place), I hung a bath towel on it and the ends of the towel rested on the floor. My towels are over-sized. Small bath towels would probably work. I returned the rack.

Big and Sturdy
This is big and sturdy and was very easy to put together. You can fit a lot of towels on it. Good value for the money. The only problem I had was with the bar in the middle which slides down towards the bottom. This may annoy some people but I didn't plan on using that part anyway.

Well Made and Attractive
I have been using this for a few weeks now and really like it. It isn't large enough for bath sheets unless you fold them in half. but for standard towels it works fine. Nice finish and very heavy. Goes well with my antique furnishings.
