Great design except for the shades.

I really liked the design of these lights. Pros: - Use regular light bulbs up to 100W - Very attractive design - Very sturdy construction Cons: - The shades are VERY thick and dark. So even with 100W bulbs, the light was a fraction of my old fixtures. My old fixture with two 100W bulbs makes the bathroom quite bright. With these, it was somewhat dim. If you have other lights in your bathroom, this may not be an issue, but in mine this is the sole source of light. I asked Kichler if I could order the white shades, which although still very thick are at least not brown. You can, but it would have been $50.00 + shipping. Since to my mind the purpose of a light is to create light, I ended up returning it.

Look great, but consider which way you will be able to mount them

These are very nice looking bathroom lights. I wanted to install them with the lights pointing up (as shown), but our lighting box was too high, so we ended up pointing them down rather than moving the box itself. Keep this in mind when you're considering upward facing lights. You may need to change the location of the lighting box on your wall (requires drywall work).

Garbage

See picture. This was a complete waste of money. This is what your light will look like after a year or so...rusty and corroded. If you like this look, go for it.

Beautiful, high quality fixture

Color Satin Nickle Beautiful light. Installed in the bathroom over a pedestal sink that's between two upper and lower cabinets. Installed it downward facing, and it is just gorgeous. Even my contractor commented on the looks and quality. Highly recommend.

This was added to some other Kichler Hendrik lights we had previously in our bathroom 5 years ago. They are great quality with a nice look. Glad I bought them the first time and glad for these additions
