Ivory is not the light color shown in website photo

Item arrived in good condition but did not match the image shown. Image was a single-gang holder, light(almost white) in color. Item received was very dark - looked like almond image, maybe darker. Am placing next to another plastic controller that is white so looks awful. I'd rather Velcro controller to wall than use ivory wall plate. The added photo is taken on a piece of printer paper and you can see how dark the product is.

BUYER BEWARE! NOT IVORY.

Color is a dark almond, not ivory. I purchased 2 Kirchler ceiling fans from Lowe’s. One came with the holder and the other didn’t. I then ordered the ivory directly from kirchler as shown on their web site. I received my order today and once again I received the almond. I contacted Kirchler customer service and they were rude and very short with me. Needless to say, because of the horrible customer service I received from Kirchler, I’m returning both ceiling fans.

Ship what you advertise

Item I ordered was shown in white, and I was not given an option as to any other colors. So when it arrived in a light tan color, I was disappointed that it wouldn’t match my WHITE remote

Cheap and poor design and fitment

Terrible product. Save your money. The face plate would not snap on So I have a white switch andca very dark almond cover
