Great kit

Nice grips and easy to install. May feel a smidge larger than normal. Could be because my old grips were so worn.

Two different kinds of grip tape included.

I was about half way finished installing the grips and a few of the tape strips were different from the ones I started with. It attached much quicker than the ones I started with and I could not get the grip completely on the club. I had to cut the grip off so one of the grips is ruined and I have two remaining grips that I am not sure I can install . I think the grips I installed are great but it is frustrating that I cannot use all 13 of the grips I paid for!

Great grips for a great price

I received some used clubs with some old, dry rotted grips. This is the second time I’ve purchased these grips. Great feeling grips, easy to install, and get you back on the course in no time. Bought black the first time, but the reds look amazing and match my clubs. Will buy again

Quality control

Opened up package today and was going to install but after opening found grip solvent bottle slightly less than half full and cap loose so scratch that plan. Going to have to travel several miles to obtain solvent to get the job done. At least grips didn't get saturated.

Ruined product !

The order was for a golf club grip kit. It arrived two days early - that was good! Unfortunately the plastic jar that contained the grip solvent was not tightened and the fluid leaked throughout the package. The grip strips were ruined. The entire inside of the package was contaminated with solvent. Proper precautions should be taken to prevent this kind of spillage and contaminating the product.

Easiest Way to Change Your Grips

I saw this company mentioned on Golf Digest for best entry to mid level grips out there and decided to give this kit a try. It comes with everything except a hook knife which you honestly do not need. I used a utility knife with a fresh blade and it allowed me to cut through my original grips on irons from the late 80's which were rock hard and starting to dry rot. The step by step instructions included in the kit could not be any easier to follow, all in to replace 7 grips, it was about 40 minutes. Going to let them cure for a few days before giving using them again. For how easy and cost efficient this was, I will never have them regripped anywhere else and will do this every few years to make sure my grips never get as bad as my old ones were.

Great feel, excellent value, super easy install

I was way way overdue on a regrip. These have a medium soft and slightly tacky group that I'd describe as "just right" - not squishy, not sticky. Comfortable. I don't use a glove and so I don't strangle my clubs, but I'll get a couple hot spots by the end of the day. At the end of my first round with these, my hands weren't even warm, even with a few bladed shots that would normally hurt like hell. Shot my best round of the year, barely, and though you can't attribute it to the grips, they obviously didn't hurt. Good feel on smacking with the driver as well as touchy chip shots. No criticisms at all! Installed using the air compressor method. Never regripped clubs before and was done within just over an hour. YouTube it; scraping tape/glue off clubs is a waste. This method is ridiculously simple and totally works. My old tape was still a little bit tacky and these new grips aren't going anywhere because they fit snug.

Greatest value for your buck.

For me this is the perfect jumbo grip. The first set I regripped was two seasons ago. Still in great shape. No hesittation in doing my second set. The twosided tape and the fluid both worked like a charm. No problems anywhere.

Worth your time for $40

For $40 it was well worth it..no big complaints for the price paid..I probably will upgrade to something different next time I swap them out as these are not super sticky/grippy- just ok...friend of mine has Golf Pride Decade MultiCompound MCC Plus4..those are awesome but $12.50/grip....hard to complain for the price paid for the package.....never done anything like this before..it was super easy to do..had a couple where the removal of the old tape was a pain but other then that just followed some you tube videos and it would perfectly..would never pay someone else to do it for me again

They took 4 strokes off my golf game!

No, not really. My game has not improved because of these grips. But my wife's clubs sure do look better! The hardest part of replacing the grips myself was removing the glue that was in place holding the old cracked grips. Once you've installed the first one, all the rest are easy! It's obviously easier if you have some sort of clamp to hold the clubs (this kit also includes a clamp adapter to prevent damaging the shaft), but if you are two people, the clamp is not necessary. Make sure you use enough of the tape juice when installing on the shaft, and they will slide on..., slide on really well! Would recommend.

Good!

I bought this set and was expecting the process of changing my grips to be long and arduous. Not at all. The vise clamp worked great and the bottle of solvent had more than enough in it to complete all the grips. The hardest part of the process was removing the grips. The grips themselves are nice and seem durable. They could be better designed but I've enjoyed using my old clubs with new grips. I'm satisfied.
