Package was incomplete but customer service promptly answered concerns and made it right

I sent an e-mail to JR Products on Saturday afternoon and they got hold of me the following Monday via e-mail with a copy of the installation instructions and are replacing the broken part. Couldn't ask for better service. Package says instructions enclosed, however that is not true, mine had no instructions!! Also, there's a piece that has a cam on one end with a breakaway bar attached, mine breakaway bar was broken and lock does not function properly.

Fit perfectly

Great latch, but one flaw

I have replaced this exact latch at least 3 times and it is always the same piece that does not stand up. The white metal pin that is adjustable to your specific door. thickness. In time this pin will bend and eventually break. Great latch, but it has one structural flaw.

Easy to install. Worked like a charm

Weak part

These handles work great until the little pusher part inside bends or breaks. They last a couple years if treated very gently. The weak part is made of pot metal and breaks and bends easily. Wish you could buy the little part instead of having to buy the whole knob. Thinking of trying to get the part made on 3-D printer…

Fit perfectly

Ordered the part and for some reason when I received it it was missing all the components. I immediately contacted amazon/supplier and was given a new one. Delivery was quick. I am very happy with the product. Very easy to install on my pop up tent trailer. It is exactly like the original.

Tranya T10B earbuds

The earbuds fit great and don't fall out. The thing is these earbuds are heavy bass and makes the sounds very muffled, tried tapping the earbuds 5 times as described in instruction booklet to put in normal mode but it hasn't worked. Overall the buds are ok, the touch sensor is very touchy but work good.

Doesn't always work

The handle sticks.. And if you lock it. You can't unlock it and your forced to break into your own trailer.
