It has cooked the food very well. I have tried many things from fries to rotisserie chicken and all have come out good. except for the toast ]. I do not like that you must turn the bread over to get both sides toasted. My dislikes or my improvements 1. The door. The door is hard to open. When you try to open the whole machine moves forward on you, You have to hold the machine with one hand as you pull on the door with the other. It should have a latch to release the door so it opens easily. 2. Automatic preheat. You do not need to preheat the machine every time. It's a waste of time and energy. It should offer the option to preheat with a button. 3. No shake button option. It does display on the machine to turn food but if you are doing something else you will miss it. It does not keep" turn food" on display for very long. It should keep it on until you turn it off. 4. This brings us to the beeps that tell you when to add food, turn food, food is done, They are so low you can not hear them very well when the machine is running or you have some other noises going on. It should give you the option to turn it up or down. 5. The Trays. I like that they are no sticks. But when you open the door to check on food or want to turn the food. When you pull the tray out halfway the tray will fall forward on you, because the edge that they sit on is very narrow. You have to take the tray out all the way and sit it on something that will except the hot tray then turn food and put the tray back in the machine.. You just cannot turn food while tray is still in the machine. .

It was great while it worked (updated)
This is the only oven I currently have. The oven in my apartment went out years ago and hasn't been replaced which is fine since it's usually just me that I am cooking for. It worked pretty well for 5 months. My major complaint about it was how easy it was to overshoot your temp. Example. Say if you wanted to go from 350 to 425. You'd select the temp, hold the + button, and it would start skipping 10 degree increments far too quickly. So you would overshoot, you're now at 437. No big deal, Just hit the - button a few times and oh, you pressed it too many times to quickly so it jumped another 10 partway through. You're now at 413. You press the + a few times, sit there for a few seconds, then hit the + a few more times, repeating until you get to 425. It wasn't that big of an issue to deal with, just inconvenient. That was up until about a month ago. It started having issues with the temp. Normally when you want to change the temp or time you tap it, then hit the +/-. It started to not register my inputs, but only for the temperature. I thought maybe I just wasn't hitting the spot correctly. It was a bit finnicky even fresh out of the box. Now it wont register anything for the temp. I've tried everything I can think of short of opening the thing up and seeing if it's some issue on the touch screen. I've sent in a support ticket since I am well within the 1 year warranty but this experience has soiled me against instant pot. Looking into it, it seems like a lot of their toaster ovens or other things with touch controls like this have been having issues. I should have gone with the other brand I was looking at. UPDATE It took a couple days but instant pot is sending a complete replacement. I'm hoping this one doesn't suffer the same issue. Updated the review from 2 stars to 4. I might gut the old one to see if I can figure out what's wrong on the unit since that's a lot of e-waste that I'd like to avoid.

Pretty decent machine
So I'll start off by saying that the ovens touch screen malfunctioned right away. Just a few days after getting it new. It was behaving as if someone was repeatedly touching it and changing it's own settings. Changing itself from F° to C°, the rotate function would repeatedly cycle on and off, and it would constantly switch between "preheating" and "cooking". At first the malfunction was intermittent, and wasn't causing a serious issue with cooking the food. I ignored it hoping it would possibly go away on its own; but a few weeks later it had gotten progressively worse to the point that it wouldn't stay in "cooking" mode long enough to complete a meal. I contacted customer support and after providing my proof of purchase, and a short video of the machine malfunctioning, they voluntarily sent a replacement. I haven't received it yet, but will be updating this review once I have a chance to try it out. Now..... Onto the rest of the product review. I think this is a great little oven. It has a bit of a learning curve as far as what temperature to set it at for what foods; but other than a few scorched egdes and a couple of pizzas that had to go back in, it's been pretty amazing. Like any other oven, many factors have to be considered when setting their temperatures, and every oven varies. This one seems consistent. Something baked at 350 will always bake at 350. Something that burns at 275 will always burn at 275. Over all I am very pleased with this oven. If the new one has a better quality touch screen, I will be 100% happy.

I already own and use an Insta Air Fryer almost daily. I bought this unit for the clear view inside, the large capacity, and the drum spinner/rotisserie combo. It comes with a bottom drip pan and 2 slotted trays which gives a ton of space for cooking. I am able to cook 10 chicken thighs at once and get super crispy skins on all of them if I rotate trays halfway through cooking. Cooked from raw to done in less than 20 minutes on air fry at 375. Using the drum for frozen fries means almost no dark/hard spots. They are crispy outside, creamy inside and just like I like my crinkles. Air fryer is ???? % the best and ONLY way you should be reheating all of your foods especially breads. This unit easily beat all my expectations. My older unit cooked a perfect ribeye steak, which was surprising, but I have not tried this unit yet. I also have not used the rotisserie for meat yet. I will do both in the next week. Docked 1 star for condition of box on arrival. Left on my porch but never heard them knock or use doorbell.
