The filter is still doing its job after almost 6 months. It precedes a 10 x 4.5 filter in the line as well.

be warned - Read first!
Purchased the filters thinking great price. I live in a rain forest and we have a rain containment cistern off our roof for our main water, so lots of debris and living organisms and we need good filtration. I have 4 stages of filtration (100 mic spin, 20 mic Sed, 5 mic Sed and 5 Mic Carbon) with pressure gauge before and after each filter and UV light after that. After the filter lasing over six months with no pressure reduction I was extremely impressed with it, but it seemed I was replacing a lot of my second stage filters (filter after this filter). My second stage of filters went from 2-3 months to monthly. I decided to change this filter and when I pulled it out everything looked normal. When i put the new filter in and after tightening the clear filter bowl down, I accidentally bumped it and was shocked to see the filter move on its own inside the bowl. The filter wasn't touching on the top, so the water would have bypassed it. I took one of my 5 micron (different brand) filters put it in the bowl and tightened it down to see if it was the bowl and it was definitely making top and bottom contact. I then compared the 20 micron filter against the other two 5 micron filters and the length was a over 1/4 inch shorter than the other filters. No wonder it was lasting so long. It was being completely bypassed. Luckily the 5 mic carbon filter had large rubber washers on each end, so took them off and put them under the 20 mic filter creating a spacer. It took two of the 1/4 inch thick washers to make the filter tight enough that it wouldn't move when i bumped it. I don't know if i got a bad batch or what, but that could be dangerous.
