Love it but it chipped soon after it was installed.

Absolutely LOVE the way it looks, the size and how deep this sink is!! However, 2 days after this was professionally installed there was a noticeable chip in the sink. We had barely even used the sink at this point but since we didn’t install it right away we were past the Amazon return policy. Contacted Houzer directly and sent pictures and they replaced the sink for us! Ordered the matching sink protector tray and haven’t had any issues since!

It goes so well with the Tycon Blue granite. Love it. It arrived on time and in perfect condition and the installers were very pleased with it.

Scratched and Bent

The sink is beautiful, light weight and perfect I’d you don’t want stainless steel. However the shopping left A LOT to be desired. The package came ripped and squished and when we opened it up the lip of the sink was bent and there were several scratches. Probably as a result of NO styrofoam or any other type of stabilizer. Thank goodness the sink is still workable as it has to be installed this weekend!! I don’t have time to return it or get a replacement or I would!! Buy with plenty of time to return if need be!

No customer service whatsoever

This sink supposedly has a 10 year warranty. We installed the sink 3 years ago and all of the finish has come off of the bottom of the sink. Houzer has yet to return my call or acknowledge any warranty replacement whatsoever. I loved the shape of this sink, but the quality is not holding up. They should not offer a 10 year warranty if they’re not willing to follow up. Sorry excuse for customer service. They will tell you they will call you back before the end of the day, I haven’t heard from them yet. I have been trying for 3 1/2 weeks now, with no communication from them. Only lies.

This sink is nice and big, the plumbers that put it in were delighted at how lightweight out is. Love it.
