Nice chair so far, received it broken but they made it right!

So first off i received the chair with a broken reclining mechanism. I went to their website, put in a ticket and they got back to me right away! a new mechanism is being shipped. Even with the back rest locked upright the chair is comfortable and seems like it will hold up. The main issues I've had with previous chairs was the seat losing it's padding over time and the height piston failing. This chair seems like it has a fairly dense pad in the seat so im hoping it will last. Time will tell when it comes to the piston. The lumbar support feels somewhat uncomfortable to me but i have also never had a chair with that feature before so i might just need time to try different settings and get used to it. Overall would recommend.

Very comfortable

We put these in the office-bought two, then bought one more. The armrests and seat depth are adjustable, the chair swivels easily and doesn't feel cheap. We think it's good quality for the price. My photo looks just like the chair on Amazon so...imagine it :))

Not Perfect, but Not Bad

Overall, this is a pretty good chair. The build quality seems good and the assembly is the easiest I have every seen. But there is definitely room for improvement. For one thing, I would really prefer a solid back instead of a mesh--it would be really nice if you had that as an option, even if it cost more. The chair, at its lowest, it just a bit too tall. If I recline back in the chair then only my toes are touching the ground (I'm 5'7" or 1.7m). It would be nice if the chair could drop down another inch or two. And finally, the instructions are TERRIBLE! There are almost no words, and it is a bunch of poorly drawn pictures. Fortunately, the assembly is very easy and you really don't need the instructions. Just attach the back to the base using the three supplied bolts and allen wrench. Attach casters to the base. Set the piston into the base and set the chain on the piston. The arms just slide into place with a quick release. That's it! It takes 10 minutes to assemble: 2 minutes to pull everything out of the box. 5 minutes to try and decipher the instructions. A minute to decide to just throw the instructions away, and about 2 minutes to assemble everything. So far, this seems like a pretty good quality chair. I will update my review in the future if it doesn't hold up as well as I think it will.

Love it

It is great for sitting long periods of time... my back pain is so much less since receiving this chair! Just wish the arm rests were a little farther apart. I have long arms and unless I keep them tucked at my sides there is no resting them when using my mouse.

Great so far - early impressions

UPDATED — I’ll leave my original review below. After first impressions, the chair quickly started to squeak and it was so incessant that I got some WD-40. That helped for about two minutes and then it was back to squeaking with the slightest. In addition to the annoyance, I never could get really comfortable. It feels kind of stiff, even with the knobs fully “open” for easy reclining. My first impression was around how sturdy it was, and seemed to be a positive up front, but soon transformed to “stiff” as my main impression. I would return it if I could, but it’s just to large to carry down to a UPS and I don’t have the box so I assume there’s no option to do that anyway :/ I can’t say how much of this is my experience or all chairs. I am just very disappointed at how it never really seems to break in. ——- original review: I just put this chair together an hour ago. I was a little afraid of how large it would be, giving the popular review from the 6' man who said the chair was really big for him. First off - assembly was easy! Only had three screws :) Rolling is extremely smooth! Maybe this is just what any new set of wheels feels like and my chair was old, but this is definitely nice to slide around in. The back is pretty nice. When the product describes itself as having "lumbar support" It's hard to describe but I guess it's like a difference between a back that is cushy and gives-in, versus a region that remains firm; as opposed to a lumbar you'd find in a car or recliner that pushes into your back. The seat is really nice and I appreciate this fabric over the "fake leather" stuff my old chair is currently flaking all of the floor. I'd describe the cushion as medium-firm, in a good way. It feels soft when I'm sitting but I can tell that it's substantial and therefore holds up over the years (fingers crossed). Back to my original fear! The SIZE. This chair is totally average-sized. I mean that the seat adjusts to the same range I've had on almost all office chairs at various jobs (and the old chair I had at home). I'm 5'10" and my feet rest evenly on the floor while the chair is at its tallest position. I like to give it one quick pull of the lever so my heels have some weight on them and I'd say that's maybe an inch lower from maximum. At the very lowest setting it feels like my hip is slightly lower than my knees (maybe by a couple inches). All I'm saying is that the size of this chair the "Ignition 2.0 Mid-Back[...]" is perfectly normal if you've ever had a desk job, this will be about that size. In terms of the height of the back, it fully supports my shoulders but it stops just at my neck. Obviously there are dimensions and specs for the chair on here but I was so thrown off by a "6-ft 200-lb" reviewer thinking that this chair was too big for him. It felt worth describing my experience. One final point is that I have an entirely positive experience with the chair so far, but it's just a regular chair so I'll hold back on 5-stars until I feel like it's something above all the rest. I think it's good value for the price but I can't be objective there because I'm going to expense this purchase to my employer haha

Extremadamente feliz después de 3 meses de uso diario

El montaje fue sencillo y rápido. He estado usando esta silla durante más de 3 meses sin problemas ni ruidos. Proporciona un buen soporte para la espalda y es una buena opción para los veranos. Si tiene mascotas, el asiento tiende a acumular pelo de mascota con el tiempo, pero es fácil de limpiar con una aspiradora. Cambié de una silla gamer de Amazon a esta y es una gran cambio. Utilizo la silla para trabajar de 10 a 12 horas durante semana y algunas horas de juego durante los fines de semana.

Está bien....

La silla es buena en general. Es cómoda y tiene muchos ajustes ergonómicos. la calidad está bien, aunque toda la construcción sea de plástico. Rueda super suave y el asiento es firme pero cómodo. Lo malo es que es algo alta aún en su posición más baja. No la recomiendo para genre bajita. el respaldo es muy duro de reclinar, aún cuando está en el nivel de tensión menor.

El asiento se descocio antes de cumplir el mes de uso

La esponja del asiento se empezó a salir por qué las costuras del tapizado se rompieron. La silla no tuvo ningún uso rudo. Muy mala calidad para el precio.
