Easiest thing to connect
Bought the 4 pack. All connected to Alexa in less than 5 minutes. You can voice command to turn on and off, change colors and brightness. To all those who say can't connect: You MUST download the SMART LIFE app, and create username. Then you MUST seek the skill on Alexa app to get it enabled with SMART LIFE. Open Alexa menu app, go to "Skills & Games". Search for "SMART LIFE" and Launch it. Will ask you for your new Smart Life username and password. Then you need connect the new light to your SMART LIFE app. Really easy to do it. Turn on and off light until blinks. Then go to SMART LIFE app, and click on "+" (add device), and select on the "LIGHTING" group the "LIGHT SOURCE (WI FI)" option. Select your Wi FI network, type password and wait. If the Smart Life app says your phone is connected to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi and must change to a 2.4 GHz, but you know for sure your router has both (5 and 2.4 GHz), DO NOT click on "Switch Wi-Fi". Just click on "carry on" and keep going. App will ask you to confirm if your new light is blinking. Click on "Confirm...". Then will ask you how is the light blinking: Slow (Like once per second) or fast (like twice per second). If it is blinking slow, it will make you connect to the light network itself. If it blinks fast, it will make you connect to your Wi-Fi. It will work fine both ways. Once is connected to SMART LIFE app you'll see the light stops blinking and Alexa app will notify you there's anew device detected. Now you can create a name for this light on the Smart Life app. Then just need to click on the Alexa app notification, and Alexa app will open and show you the new device, name and features already installed. REALLY EASY! AMAZING!! 2 days later I bough another 4 pack!

[Figured it out] Shouldn’t be this stressful…
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: The issue is that the instructions suck. If you've never set up a smart bulb before.. Getting this thing into pairing mode was the most stressful process. A. In the video I posted I was going too quickly with the on-off steps. B. If your bulb WILL NOT connect to your internet & is blinking FAST then you want to get it to blink SLOW... And YouTube is your friend. C. I searched "smart light blinking slowly" and found out that when you get your light into pairing mode.. And it's blinking FAST (rapidly) then you need to do the pairing trick ONCE more to make it blink SLOWLY. This is how I got the prompt to connect my phone to the device instead of the device to the wifi. It's hard to explain.. But YouTube can help!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: One light set up super easy. The next three have been extremely difficult. I’m not sure if it’s the lamp… I’m having the hardest time just getting the bulb in “pairing mode.” It’s been a good 45 minutes since I set the first one up and I’m STILL trying. The first bulb, when it was blinking, was a slow blink. This lamp I’ve tried 3 different bulbs on blinks rapidly. The first bulb had me connect to “SmartLife-xxx” Wi-Fi but these next three have not had me do this step. Not sure why there is a difference. I tried selecting “Light Modulator (Wi-Fi)” and “Light Source (Wi-Fi)” but it won’t connect to the three other bulbs. I’ve tried other options as well. I’ve even tried unplugging the lamp completely for OVER 10 seconds. Still no luck. I *know* the Wi-Fi is working because one of the bulbs had ZERO issues. Not sure if I was just sent 3 bulbs that are defective but it really seems like the instructions are extremely vague and there’s sometime I’m doing wrong. It doesn’t even say what to select under the “lighting” section in the Smart Life app.

Can't beat the price
I have been meaning to start standardizing on smart devices because I was sick of having half a dozen apps to manage them. So I was glad to see this supported tuya smart life and the price was incredible for a 4 pack so I replaced all my bulbs with these. Wifi is much more reliable than the Bluetooth bulbs I was using and now everything is consolidated into smartlife and controllable from Alexa and home assistant.

Great Cheap Smartbulb with some drawbacks
These were nice smart bulbs, but I had some issues and noticed some missing features. 1) The colors don't work properly with Amazon routines. I'd tell Alexa app to set color of bulb and then it would only change it if I had set the color to green or purple. Other colors I'd see it flicker as it updated but would stay on white. 2) Other smart bulbs have more options. Like the ability to set a circadian rhythym section where the bulb will set to a certain brightness depending on time of day or set points you put in. This entire ability is missing and only has basic scheduling and timer options. 3) The bulbs seemed dimmer on both colors and white compared to similar wattage smart bulbs. Overall though the price is right and I did keep them for another purpose. Think there are better options out there though in similar price range.

Love the light bulbs! Easy to install & work with Alexa!
I bought a set to start with just to see how they would work out & if I would even like them….Well long story short I absolutely love these lights!! The installation part is NOT that hard at all you literally download the app & screw the bulb in wherever you want it flip your light switch off & on about 4 x’s ..it should start blinking then follow the instructions on the app! That’s it easy breezy! My kids love these as well because you can change the color & of course they can tell Alexa to cut the light off plus set a timer or schedule for it to go off or come on. I actually have ordered now 4 boxes total now..ordered another after my first one & now currently waiting on the last 2 boxes I just ordered to get here & then every room in my house will have one of these bulbs in it! Brightness is GREAT, EASY TO USE & A GREAT VALUE!! If I had more rooms I would but even more!

Maravilloso producto, mejor que otras marcas
Estuve probando varias marcas, pero sin duda esta fue la que más me convenció. El brillo de la luz blanca/cálida está perfecto, es incluso más alto de lo que imaginé. El brillo de los colores se reduce comparado con la luz blanca/cálida, pero es más luminoso que otras marcas que probé, y por el precio me convenció aún más! Además fue fácil enlazarlos con la app que utilizo (SmartLife) y se enlazaron con Alexa sin ninguna dificultad!

bien, no pierden la sincronia
me gusta que se sincronizan y no pierden su sincronía, pero son un poco mas dificiles en configurar, no se pueden regular en tiempo real a menos que las uses con google home que trae un dimmer, o con alexa con voz, el modo musica no funciona en grupo, solo la luz que tengas seleccionada. pero alumbram bien los colores son mas exactos con alexa
