Stout sharp clipper

Very strong, I had gotten tired of breaking handles on my old clippers. These have lasted all summer.

Good cutting shears

These shears do a good job, sharp and easy to handle. They are a little heavy for me.

Exceeded expectations

These are amazingly sharp and easy to use. They clip through the stems of shrubs like a hot knife through butter. They handle larger stems/small limbs easily with a little muscle. Super pleased with these hedge sheets.

Excellent, sturdy loppers

Excellent loppers. Sturdy. This review based on limited use. Corona is a great brand <--- this comment based on many years of experience using Corona.

A little hefty, so it requires some size and strength to get the most out of it.

Great shears, well made and cut well. However they are good size and weight and require someone with the oomph to get the best performance.

One very major flaw

The "pin" or whatever you want to call it that holds the two blades together or whatever, started coming out only after a very short while of using these. So I couldn't continue cutting anything as the blades would hit this "pin" or metal disc or whatever and stop the blades from closing all the way. So now I have had to force this metal thing back in frequently (as it keeps coming out) in order to be able to continue using it. So now I wonder how much longer it will last like this, which is far from ideal and not efficient at all as I have to keep stopping and trying to put it back in. Hmm, I just had an idea because of writing this review. Maybe I'll try supergluing it back in.... Anyway, in conclusion these would probably be really awesome (as they feel great when using) except for that one very major flaw in it's design.

Functionality

I've had these cutters almost a year, and they are the best out of the two Corona's I order, but now the new extra red section where the hinge is will keep stopping from the pin from the other part that connects to it. So now I cannot open and close the cutters easily. It keeps getting stuck where that pin they have to attach the hinge and I have to keep stopping what I am doing to finally get it closed. Basically I cannot freely use this item anymore until I have time to figure out why it keeps getting stuck.
