Perfect for late night grilling

This is my second one

The first one lasted about five years, but honestly I didn't take good care of it so I can't complain. It shouldn't be left attached in bad weather and occasionally I'd grill in the rain and over the years it took a toll. Otherwise the light is bright, it's easy to attach and remove, and does it's job. Hopefully this one will last longer as I take care of it!

My pit is stainless steel so a magnetic light doesn’t work. I tried different light. This is the best so far.

The BEST grill light

I got one of these years ago and was looking for one on another grill I have. Found it and bought it immediately. Easy to use, and mount, and it is so bright. Lights up the entire grill surface and the rotating head makes it simple to keep out of the way or swing into place. Sturdy, heavy duty, and works like a charm.

Easy to install and use

This grill light has good brightness and is easy to use. We take it inside in bad weather because it will hold up better if not exposed to the elements. It is very easy to put on and take off.

Not compatible

Most grills have a lose handle. You can’t attach this to the lose handle.

Died after 7 YEARS!

Bought mine, through 'big box' store. Attached it, never brought it inside. I went through 3 grills, it died today. Only went through 1 set of AA batteries. I grill year round in EVERY type of weather (More than 30 times, per year, for 7 years!). Lots of light (no lumen numbers available.) Two rows of bright LED. Pretty versitle, directional lighting. Out of the way, when not in use. I will take care of the next one.

Nice even, flexible lighting

As someone else mentioned, the thumb screw is a bit too long and will make contact with the Grill handle and would likely cause damage. I added a spacer over where the bolt goes to prevent damage. Other than that it works great.
