Sold me wrong charger for the battery

Bought Greenworks hedge trimmer. Used it one time in the spring and it worked great. Was just a small job. Tried to use for 2nd time and battery won’t charge. Was more than 30 days since purchase so seller won’t accept return. Upon further investigation they sent the wrong charger with the battery and trimmer. It had enough charge when it was delivered, apparently, when we used first time. Note the pics show what model number for charger is needed but the model on charger they sent isn’t one of them. Dont buy from them!! Or at least make sure they send the right parts!

Bigger and Better

This hedge trimmer has a longer blade and more powerful battery than my older one. It gives me a longer reach across the top of the hedge which I like - less bending into the hedge to reach the center. The blades are also much stronger in cutting the hedge. So far, the blade has not jammed while cutting. I am having a much easier time cutting back/deeper into the hedge to maintain the desired height and sides. The one negative is that it is a bit heavier than my older trimmer. Since my hedge is at shoulder height, my arms do get a bit tired. But that is certainly an acceptable tradeoff for the better tool.

Great little trimmer.

This was the first time I've , ever used an electric trimmer , always paid my lawn guy . Took my time getting used to the feel of trimer and how it handled. Shaping my 18 shrubs turned out really well. Took about 3 hours first time, clean up and bagging another hour. Very happy , neighbors impressed...,DIY savings , $200 win win ????

What a great hedge trimmer!

I've only used it once but the blade was sharp and it did a great job on my hedges. It was faster and cut better than my old one. I trimmed all the hedges around my house in about two hours and it still had plenty of battery capacity left.

Easy to use

Great trimmer!

This trimmer makes quick work of my landscaping! Lightweight and easy to use. Easily cuts through twigs up to an inch.

Well Made!

I have almost 2 acres of land, so I was a little torn between the 60 volt and the 40 volt trimmer. I have no regrets at all! I give out before the battery does. It will cut ANYTHING up to an inch in diameter. Because of the amount of land and not enough drop cords, I have not taken care of my land like I should. Until now. This thing is great. Light, powerful, easy to use. We have had it for a few months now, and have not had any issues. I would definitely buy another Greenworks product.

Excellent machine!

Enjoy this well built piece of yard equipment. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a five rating is the very stiff and hard battery removal. This seems to be the case with all my Green Works products.
