Compact air filter
Small air filter, but does a great job of cleaning up the air you breathe. I’m a smoker in two rather small Rooms. I turn this unit on while smoking, & turn it up higher in the evening before going to bed. The air is clean in the morning. I don’t smell nicotine when I come downstairs. I love this little unit. Small, but effective!

Game Changer!
My mom was a very heavy smoker and these filters made visiting her SO much more pleasant. In her small apartment, the smoke hung thick in the air and could really be overwhelming. After starting to use these filters, it was a completely different experience.

Boy have these changed
I have bought these here a few times cuz I thought I should use the "name brand" but this time I'm really disappointed, remember this is "just my opinion" but the black front filter is so flimsy you can literally see thru it, I know costs have gone up but to put the cost up and reduce the quality to me doesn't make my faith in the company stronger.... what a disappointment I can say for sure if there is a "no name" one that will fit I'll be buying it, no sense paying extra for less quality!

Cheap charcoal filter
Feel a bit ripped off with the carbon filter provided. Might as well have none since the replacement charcoal filter is pretty much see thru. Dissapointed in that. I'll try ordering direct from germ guardian to confirm if they really come like this. If they do then the brand really cheaper out as the one that came with the original unit was thicker and felt like it helped neutralize odors and do what a charcoal filter does. As this doesn't do much except for the HEPA filter.
