Quality of heel is sub-standard for a quality boot and well-known brand.
If Amazon left a way to contact Frye Boot I would as I have always loved Frye boots. I have owned several pairs over the years and they lasted. This looked like the real thing and the leather is nice and supple, but after wearing this boot about 5 times (I do not wear them often) I was disappointed in how the heel started peeling in different areas and showed the plastic underneath. It looks like a real quality wooden heel but nothing but something glued on to look like a real wooden heel There is no way to fix this and they now look like a cheap boot. Very disappointed and will probably not buy Frye again. Disappointed in the corners cut.

Kinda cheap looking
I thought maybe being a value minded Frye boot they would still somehow be super cute. In actuality they’re a bit on the cheap side you can see glue and staff were there put together. For the price and being real suede I guess they are worth the price you pay. I can’t speak as to whether or not they are comfortable because I have an actually worn them yet, you know Covid times nowhere to wear a raspberry boot.

Great pair of boots
I absolutely love these boots. They or a little stiff when I first put them on but now that I've worn them a few times they really are very comfortable. I get numerous compliments when I wear them .
