affordably priced compared to other scooters, makes a great gift

This came in a smaller box than I was expecting, but that is because you do have to put the parts together yourself. It isn't hard, I was able to do it without my husband's help. I did use my own screwdriver and tools instead of the one provided, just because it was easier than using the tiny little thing they provided. The adjustable handles means it'll grow with my toddler. I think this scooter is overall well designed and built. The price was surprisingly affordable and even cheaper than some of the non branded ones from China. If you are looking for a scooter this is a good one to go with. This is such a classic American brand, recognizable just from their color alone. I do appreciate that they offer different color options other than their standard red.

Good quality toddler scooter

Good quality toddler scooter. Assembly was pretty easy and straightforward, took me about 10-15mins. The scooter is easy to ride, has good balance and there's some shock absorption. To steer, you simply lean left or right. Overall, good quality scooter for toddlers.

HIgh Quality, Grows with the Child, Love It!

First, this is quality! We have two other scooters for the littlest one and they come nowhere close in quality. This has the old-world charm and sturdiness of a Radio Flyer product, but with a modern flair! This is cute, safe, and so smooth. It adjusts to her size and will grow with her. And, it truly will grow with her since this scooter is built for the long haul. You can just tell by the materials that this could be passed down from kid to kid and be as awesome as it was on days one. The deck is grippy, the back brake works perfectly, and this just allows the little one to keep up with the rest of us with ease. It is, by far, the best scooter I have seen for a little one ... ever!

Radio Flyer toys never disappoint - the quality and attention to detail is excellent. This Radio Flyer Glider Jr. #521 - Red is an easy-to-use toddler scooter. It’s sturdy, designed for kids ages 2 to 5. There’s a lot to like. The 3 wheels give a smooth glide (2 in front, 1 in back), the deck is wide and can handle up to 44lbs, there’s also some flexibility in the deck to handle shock. The handlebars have a dependable hold, a rear foot brake offers control. The wheels are locked, there’s no left/right steering. Red is a great color choice. Assembly is straight-forward, everything is organized, took me about 20 minutes (I’m slow). The scan-coded assembly video is a huge help (I’m also visual). Lining up the first screw is key, then everything else falls into place. Radio Flyer, an American company, is well-established, highly-regarded - founded in 1917. There will be high mileage on this scooter.

Super cute scooter that my 16 month old loves!

So I got this scooter to make it a little more fun outside with my kid. She doesn’t have the greatest stability at her age of 16 months but this scooter is so low that I don’t have to worry about her falling from any height that would do major injury. The next good thing is that the front wheels are lean steer meaning that the handle parts don’t turn which is great for my toddler who doesn’t have the ability to turn handles very well. Now of course my kid can’t ride on her own so I steer her around, and she just giggles all the way down. I recommend this if you are looking for something that is safe for toddlers but has some room to grow. One thing to note is you need a Phillips head screwdriver to assemble this. There are two hex keys that come with this and that will screw in on all but 6 of the screws.

Perfect first scooter

This scooter is precious and the perfect size for the little ones first scooter. It was easy to assemble. The wheels glide smoothly. The scooter itself is very sturdy and stable. The littles enjoy the outside time on the scooter! Makes a great gift!

Great First Scooter

This scooter is very durable and well made I have not assembled it but I’m giving this as a gift to a friend, The instructions dont seem difficult. This scooter is mostly made out of metal. So im guessing that it will be durable and last, I love the red color very classic and this would make a fun gift for any child. Every child should have a scooter.

GREATEST PRODUCT EVER!

This scooter is my baby's go-to toy. It is really easy to assemble and is super sturdy.
