Perfect and a good look

Perfect. No complaints here at all. You man need to purchase a screen

Not very functional

There is probably less than 6 square inches of vent opening, not enough to use as a vent with a attic fan of even the smallest size. No screening to keep out insects. No overlap to keep out rain. Would not recommend unless you just want something ornamental.

Attractive touch- takes paint well- easy to install.

Perfect for my purpose

While some previous reviews caused me to really consider this purchase, I had to replace this piece on my garage and this was the perfect fit. It looks great and is helping to vent the top of the garage too.

Good looking but ...

It looks good but: - it has no provisions for attachment; - material is very brittle; if you decide to attach it, be very careful not to over tighten your screws, or it will break; - it is primed and requires a couple of coats of paint; Other than that - it looks just like a real vent (see the pic)
