Easy Replacement

Eemax engineer suggested this replacement as parts are not available for my original heater which is maybe 18 years old. This was a direct replacement as far as capacity and wire sizes. Plus an added bonus of an easy to adjust temperature setting with digital readout. Nice! I have always had a good experience dealing with this company.

Would Recommend. Works well in cabin.

Installed about a month ago. Works well in cabin for shower and two sinks. I would recommend. Quiet operation. Moderately easy to install for someone who is not handy. Very pleased so far.

This works well, however, the item we purchased did not work. We received no response from the seller, and had to get a replacement part direct from the manufacturer. Once that was installed, it works well.

Great electric whole house water heater

Second unit that I have had on my house to augment the solar collector, this is a better design and it should provide me with great service. Compact and easy to install myself

Have extra elements (2) on hand at all times.

I bought this product 2 1/2 yrs ago. I love it. However, we had a storm this morning and lost power. When the power came back on my tankless didn’t. Worse than that...it’s saturday and I couldn’t find replacement elements. NO ONE has them in stock. I had to order them and will be without hot water for a few days. Plus side, it’s an easy fix for a woman.
