TOOTE KIRJELDUS Toote kirjeldus Kazbek XL – must/polariseeritud vask objektiiv. Polariseeriva filtri lisamine suurendab selgust, vähendades pimestamist. 8% nähtavast valgusest läbib seda läätsevärvi. Tootjalt Kazbek XL polariseeritud must/vask objektiiv. Ühildub standardiga ANSI Z87.1 +2010 ja Ballistic MIL_PRF 31013 3.5.1.1. Väga paindlik nailonist raam ja polükarbonaadist kriimustuskindel lääts. Almost XL
If you have a jughead like me these will definitely fit better than most safety glasses. Work supplied glasses were giving me headaches and constantly pushing themselves down my nose. These frames flex and are comfortable for all day wear. They are bigger than average but not as wide as I would like.

XL or regular size? Copper or G-15 lens?
This review may help you decide whether to buy the XL version versus the regular-size version, and may help you decide whether to buy the copper “driving lens” in comparison to a darker shade like the G-15 lens. I bought these safety glasses to use simply as regular sunglasses. I believe their ability to block the vast majority of blue light protects the eye and increases visual clarity. I now own four pair of Edge Kasbek copper lens and four pair of Edge Kadbek G-15 lens of these sunglasses, all regular size (not XL size). My hat size is 7 5/8 with short hair, 7 ¾ with long hair. People I know tell me I have a very wide face. My head size is over the 100 percentile for men, confirmed by my daughter’s pediatrician, explaining why her head is also over the 100 percentile. Given this, I ordered the XL version and found that the XL frames are so wide, they leave an aesthetically unacceptable gap between my temples and the glasses (think clown glasses). I admit that the XL were very comfortable, and fit well, but I returned them because they look too wide for my face. I ordered the regular size and although they were tight at first (at the points behind the ears), over time have loosened up and now feel perfect. Looking at myself in the mirror, these regular size glasses don’t touch my temples, and leave no indentations or marks on my face after removing them. A comparison between the copper lens and the G-15 lens: The copper lens makes everything orange and seemingly brighter and clearer with more contrast. The G-15 lens darkens everything in a grey-green shade (this lens is designed to let in more green light – check manufacturer’s website). I own and love them both. I store both lenses in each vehicle and change lenses based on available light conditions. My commute is 45 minutes. While there was snow on the ground, I found myself reaching for the G-15 lens even in low light (cloudy) conditions. With no snow, the G-15 lens was most comfortable on sunny and mostly sunny days (such as gardening and yard work), and the copper lens was more comfortable on partly sunny, partly cloudy, cloudy, and hazy days. When I go out of town (more than an hour drive) and it happens to be a bright, sunny day, I may wear the G-15 lens for part of the drive, but eye fatigue makes me switch to the copper lens. The additional light it allows is refreshing on longer drives. I have worn the copper lens in both dusk and dawn conditions. At dusk, my reaction is to remove them about 15-20 minutes before my GPS changes to night mode. I have also tried the copper lens in night conditions. It does make the headlights of passing cars easier on the eyes, but I can’t recommend it because my eyes strain for all available light most other times. Good: The materials and construction of these glasses is top notch for the price. These are solidly built and exceed the value of all other sunglasses I’ve considered in this price range. It is my opinion that these Edge glasses also exceed the value of the well-known high end brands (you name it). Bad: The word “polarized” is etched in white on the right eye lens in the upper-outside corner, and the marking “E+S” is etched into the bottom outside corner of each right and left eye lens. The E+S is large, approximately font size 10. It doesn’t obscure my vision and my brain has learned to ignore it. It is there to signify that the lens has passed the safety specifications and ANSI standards (per customer service). The ANSI standard marking “Z87+” for high impact is found on the inside of both temples. These glasses do have quality control issues with regard to the polarization angle not being the same in each lens (mentioned in another review). The difficulty you will experience with this will depend upon your intended use of these glasses. I only notice it in stationary or slow moving environments: on daily walks, glare off of parked car windshields, objects with tarps over them, garden hose. But this hasn’t been an issue while driving, or in fast moving environments such as the reflection off of moving water when boating or fishing. Enjoy your sunglasses. Please let me know if this review was helpful.

Nice fit for larger heads.
I've always had a hard time finding glass that fit because of having a larger head. I wear these as sunglasses, but have the clear lens ones that I wear at work all day.

To dark for me.
Blocking reflected glare was good but these are to dark for an old man. I need more light to read fine print. Well the same holds true for seeing detail under water. If they ever come up with a good polarizing lens with no tint. That's what I need.

Great for people with big heads
Love these! Very lightweight, the sides are not too tight either! I’ve never had an issue with this model or brand! Use them for 12-16 hrs a day at times! They are a bit darker than 50/50s and don’t give a color wash to what you see. Very clear image and proper color perception!

Definitely for big head folks.
I have been looking forever. Searching for sunglasses that are big head friendly. Wasted a lot of money on brands marketed towards people with big heads that dont fit. These fit my head nicely. I got the XL size and I like them. They fit nice. They feel a little heavy but I will gladly accept that just to have s good fit. Thanks!

I can't see myself buying anything other than these glasses as long as the price stays this good.
