Derailments.

So the track is fine, but it’s sold as an expansion for beginners. Just ba aware that if your cars aren’t properly weighted (by adding weights) you’ll likely have trains jumping the track quite a bit. Once weighted properly, I’ve been fine, but if you just want to buy a train and run it, without meddling, this track prob isn’t for you.

They only included 1 red wire to power the switches.

No power supply

Does not come with a power supply, so if you have a power pack for your train without connections then you need to purchase a separate power supply to run the switches, if you don’t want to operate them manually. The reason for the in the middle rating is that the product description is generic and does not mention this.

Extremely bad quality, I mean it's just trash

Never will buy Bachmann again, these tracks are so terrible. The turnout design is by far the worst or laziest (or both) design I can imagine. The solenoid wires that actuate the switch are at best good for 5 or 6 switches before shorting out against the metal bottom because there's no insulation. Wow, I am amazed at how terrible these are and so expensive. Just trash.

Nice looking for static display, does not work, train derails going over turnout. going to return for refund.
