Leans when unzipped but I still like it

When the side is zipped down, it leans towards that side. But I still leave that side down for easy access in the middle of the night. My baby is old enough that even though she wiggles around and ends up pressed against the side that leans down, she can move her head to breathe and it’s never been a problem. I wouldn’t leave the side down if she were less than three months old because of that lean. I’d be worried she’d get stuck with her face against the side and not be strong enough to move it. But leaving the side down is truly a huge help for nighttime feeding! The instructions for assembly are not very clear, and there are two mysterious extra straps never referenced in the instructions at all. Overall, this bassinet has saved me a lot of trouble at night and I love being able to see her and pull her into my bed easily at night, but it’s got some design flaws.

Great bassinet!

First - this thing is great. My daughter actually sleeps in it. It only took one or two nights to get her used to it. There are some minor things I would change, however. Mostly, I wish it was taller. Even on its highest setting, our bed is taller than the bassinet, so it can be difficult to feed her or put her down from the bed. Because of that awkward angle, sometimes I’ve tried to rest my head on the side bar (I mean come on, it’s 4:00 am), and it will start tipping some. It also rocks/shakes a lot when my baby girl is being real fidgety. It also has a wider base than others I’ve seen. All in all, I do really enjoy this one! My complaints are minor but still worth noting.

LOVE IT!

I found out about this bassinet after my baby was born we were putting her in her crib which made my life so much harder because I would have to keep walking up to her at night whenever she needed me. When we found out about this bassinet the fact that it is a bedside one which makes my life super easier I told my husband about it and we gave this one a try. I must say i love this bassinet and I am still using it please moms I would prefer you get this bassinet for the first few months over a crib it will make your life much much easier! Trust a first time mom!

Read the directions and its great!

All these reviews saying its unstable and tilts to one side etc honestly just didn't follow directions. There's multiple things you have to do to secure it and make it stable but once you do its not shaky or anything at all. The mattress is better than most others, while still being thin enough to be safe. (trust me, this is our third bassinet in less than a month..) The biggest thing for us is our baby FINALLY sleeps on it. Every other one he would scream and fuss and fidget and this one he seems comfortable enough to settle down and we get a couple hours stretch at a time. The only thing I don't like is the mattress cover isn't removeable/washable and trying to find sheets for it is a little tough. We also really like that its bigger than a standard bassinet yet smaller than a pack and play which allows him to stay in it longer but also not take up as much room as a pack and play.

Good product

I definitely love this product we got it for a very decent price and it is in fact a very good product the only thing is my boyfriend and I paid for the quickest shipping we could which was an extra $20 it should have been here within 2 or 3 days and it took a whole week and a half to get here ????
