Wonderous little toy, doesn't look as pretty as the photo though
First of all, the photos are a bit deceiving. The plug is jelly on the inside, but there is a soft PVC shell outside. The only place the jelly can be directly touched is at the bottom of the base. The PVC shell is NOT form fitting. There is a slight air gap between the jelly and the PVC and where the jelly touches inside will give a "wet" sticky look. That said, the primary purpose of this toy is not its looks... as for how it feels, it's simply wonderful! It fits snugly, is soft enough to bend a bit but still firm enough to give a great fullness feeling (though admittedly it was a bit daunting when looking at the wide part for the first time) and I never have to worry about it going all the way in with the big rectangular base. It's comfortable enough to wear for hours, even taking small naps with it after we've had some fun! As always, it's not recommended to keep it in for longer than a few hours as things may get dry and hurt when removed. Finally, clean-up is a snap with some soap and warm water. The base is sealed, so there's no worry that water will be trapped inside. A marvelous toy if you can get past the PVC look.

Stay away.
This anal plug great for those with some previous anal play under their belt. The only down side was the product I received wasn't what I was expecting. It was a jelly butt plug in a PVC case almost. So the feel of it is more of that of a plastic toy instead of jelly. It still has some bend to it but not what you would get if it was just made of jelly material. Either way it is still a great toy. The gf has yet to work up to it from the small butt plug but she's almost there. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has never experienced anal play though. This toy is kind of big to start out with. Get the small and then work your way up. And remember the first rule of anal play: LUBE lots of lube. *EDIT* So let me update this product. After owning it for about a year the PVC shell on the outside started to come apart and eventually I just cut it off of the plug. Then a couple weeks later the plug started to break down and have a chemical reaction while touch another "jelly" toy and began to melt almost. Needless to say both were thrown out along with the small plug which started to do the same thing. I would recommend investing in something made of a higher quality material like silicone, steel or glass.

The two layers are delaminating
I really liked this product when I first got it, but I did notice a little delaminatinon (coming apart) of the two layers when I first got it, which has progressed through most of it now. I haven't really subjected it to extreme temperatures or anything. Otherwise it's a really nice product, always smells like lavender, and feels really good when I wear it to work and bounce up and down in my desk chair XD hehe. Umm, would I recommend it? Not really. I mean I enjoyed it a lot (because it's my first one)but the delamination kinda makes it feel wierd, and a one piece mold would probably work better.

Yeah...
I'm not sure what I was expecting here...it was a decent price, thought I would try it, NOT really impressed. I was wary of it when I first got it. I've gotten other Doc Johnson Jelly toys before and they seemed solid enough. This one had a LOT of very large air bubbles in the tip. Gives off the impression that it is just a thick membrane with stuff inside that could potentially break and spill into me. Not very confidence inducing. Wouldn't buy it again...

First timers should go with small :)
I'm first timer for anal, my hubby wanted to try. I was going to get a small but read that it was somewhat too small, It shipped fast and I tried using it the first night to stretch myself out. The tip is somewhat big to go in easily, but after some time (and alot of lube) and working slowly it did its job. I would recommend people new to anal to go with the small one first from personal experience.

decent butt plug
It was a good enough butt plug, but the outer layer is pealing away at the bottom, I'm not super worried about this though because now i have two sizes of butt plug (when I want a smaller one I just take the outer layer off and put a condom on it because im not sure what the inside one is made of)

too big for beginners
this is a little too big for beginners. I recommend starting with the smaller one. My wife is very open to trying new things but it will take a little more time to work up to this i think.

This toy was perfect!!
This was my first sex toy. I am a 28 year old male who wanted to try anal play with my wife. After some lube and a little warm-up, this toy slid right in. It was a great size and felt so good going in. Once in, it stayed in with no problems. I thought the medium would be too big, but I am glad I did not go with the small. This size was perfect. I look forward to using this toy over and over again!!

Di per se è esattamente come da foto e come te lo immagini però, a distanza di oltre un anno conserva un “profumo” nausebondo estremamente dolciastro di cui è sempre stato intriso.. inoltre è a due strati: rigido esterno e morbido interno.. esattamente così non il contrario, inoltre le due parti sono separate tra loro e ciò rende di fatto la parte interna inutile. Non ricordo se era così già dall’inizio o col tempo lo è diventato.. comunque è usabile ma la puzza non riesco a sopportarla. Non lo ricomprerei..

Let me start off by saying that I have purchased other jelly toys from Doc Johnson and they are actually really good. So I decided to order a medium-sized plug. However it was not like any of the other Jelly's I have. it has a stiff outer shell it feels like some kind of hard plastic Formed around a jelly like inside. the outer shell is not tight to the inner jelly part of the plug. The plastic on the outside is loose it's kind of hard to explain. Hopefully you can make it out in the photos I posted it crinkles with use I'm going to assume that there was a problem with manufacturing. this definitely is not like any other jelly I have used and not like the one they display in the video and the description of this product just look for yourself
