Right size for lumbar support

Many lumbar pillows are huge - too huge to fit comfortably behind the lumbar spine. This small pillow works well. It is still a little stiffer than some older ones I bought years ago, but the size and shape are great. I like that the case is removable and washable, too.

Small and Ineffective

You get what you pay for I guess. This item is small and does not offer much support for my back. It is not very firm and is quite flimsy. I definitely would not recommend this product if you are are looking for something to help with lumbar support. The price made it very enticing but it does not offer much in terms of support or pain relief.

Perfect for the car

This is exactly the back support I need while in the car. It fits perfectly in the small of my back to support me after back surgery. The material and firmness are perfect. The price was great! No issues with shipping and packaging. It is not the width of the seat but I don’t need that. CONS: My only complaint is that the elastic does not stretch enough to fit around the seat of my Honda Civic but it still works and I can always add longer elastic.

I use for thoracic support.

Good product, I don’t wrap it around my seat in my car, so that’s not an issue for me. I turn it vertical and use it for thoracic support, it keeps my ribs open and I can breathe better than when I’m not using it and hunched over with my shoulders rolled forward over the steering wheel. Glad I bought it, but a small travel pillow or a rolled up sweatshirt or towel would serve the same purpose.

worthless

I see some other reviews here saying the pillow is too narrow. That wasn't the issue for me since I needed a narrow pillow to fit a narrow chair. For me, the issue is that within two weeks of purchase, the pillow had flattened out to the point where it was giving me no lumbar support at all. I'm returning it as soon as I finish this review.

Just enough lumbar support for my new car that has no lumber support at all.

A little softer than I had hoped, but I also did not want this to be too thick. So the thickness is just right and doesn't push me forward in my car seat. Cover is of a thin polyester and may tear easily. The elastic strap is not long enough to wrap around my car seat. This seems to be for an office chair due to the length of the elastic strap. All things considered, this cushion works well for me.

Flattened when used—cheap foam

Poorest excuse for a lumbar pillow I’ve ever seen. Totally useless. But I forgot to return it on time. Don’t waste your money!

Best item I've bought for my back

I bought one of these a few years ago on the advice of a physiotherapist and it's excellent. I always drive with it. It's light and easy to carry around, so I use it when I'm going to the cinema because those seats kill my back otherwise! I left it in the driving seat of my boyfriend's car... and now he want one too.

Doesn't work for computer chairs and WAY too soft.

The strap is too short so it's pointless having one. I have to say it's comfortable though (but way too soft if you need lumbar support) I doubt this is good for sitting more than 30 minutes, so it might be better than nothing, but barely.

Smal, soft, no support.

Fairly small, and the elastic strap wasn't big enough to fit over a pretty generic leather desk chair from Staples. The foam is very soft, so its really not useful at all as a lumbar support.
