Can stand alone

We haven’t purchased the other instruments but this can stand alone and it perfect because it folds up easy to store

Great gift for babies!

This little mat is so entertaining for babies. Once they realize the pressure makes a sound and the lights, they go crazy. This makes for a great gift!

fun mat for kids

This is a super cute and fun play mat for babies. It is easy to put together and easy to use. I also love that it is Winnie the Pooh!

A bit juvenile but the kids like it

I play the guitar and ukulele and dabble at the piano. I've been trying to encourage my 2, 4, and 6 year old's to learn instruments. They each have their own ukulele, but I can't just let them play them anytime as they are not toys... strings could break, the kids could bang them up, etc. So I was drawn to the "guitar" from this set... which is more like an ukulele. Because I was getting the guitar for them, I also got this so they could switch the heads. This is over-rated. It does function as it's supposed to, but there is such a big market on these foot pianos and this one is about par as the others. It will slide on the floor if they hop around. It does record and playback. It only has 5 notes and not a full octave. It's cute that you can hear Tigger, and in our case Mickey as well if you switch out the heads. But I think the gimmick of this is the Disney theme... other than that this isn't that special. While the heads allow you to change things up, within a couple hours they already misplaced one... so watch for that. It's okay. The kids like it for now. Works as it's supposed to, but it really doesn't have a musical educational component. And BTW, the guitar's strings are too rough where it could actually discourage strumming, therefore I do like the piano a little more. This is getting a generous 4 stars.
