Nice-looking

Unfortunately our new house didn't come with these, so I had to buy them and these matched really well with our Peerless brand ORB faucets. My only complaint would be the "stem" seems somewhat delicate. One of the ones we ordered wasn't attached to the base and came out so we had to exchange, but they've been installed for about a month now and working well.

We've had this in use for 5 months. I was afraid the bar would not hold-up very long due to its thin appearance, but there are no stress issues as of yet. Matches the rest of the room perfectly (using Delta Porter design). Very happy with this purchase.

High quality fit and finish

Purchased this as part of a bathroom renovation. Materials are high quality, installation was simple, and it looks very nice. Added bonus, it hold a roll of toilet paper just as advertised.

Great value and easy to install!

Would totally recommend this and the towel ring! A great addition to our bathroom after having a new faucet installed. As a housewife and mother of small children with limited mechanical ability, I was able to install them myself. They lined up perfectly with the wholes from our old paper holder and installed very easily in minutes. It even came with the allen wrench you need to do the install. They are beautiful and seem very durable.

Avoid this product and Avoid this company.

The rod that holds the toilet paper fits into the base part and does not screw in. There is a small recess on the rod that allows it to swing assumably when you are pulling the paper off the roll. This rod, over time, will absolutely fall off. To make matters worse, customer service is not helpful, at all. I spoke with a lady named Carol at Design House and she was not helpful at all. I explained to her three times what was wrong and she simply said that she doesn't understand what was wrong. She looked up the part and explained to me that the knob on the opposite side of the rod screws into the rod to hold it in place and all I needed to do was screw it back in. I tried to explain to her that her understanding of the product was different than the reality. Finally, she reluctantly told me she would send out another part. One week later when the part shows up, I remove it from the packaging and the rod falls out of the base. The rep was far more interested in making it seem as though I did something wrong and that the product was fine than trying to fix the problem and honoring the warranty. The replacement part was worse off than the part I already had. At this point I decided to buy a product from DELTA, spend the extra money and not have to pick up the toilet paper from the floor any more. I would not recommend this product OR this company to anyone.
