Looks nice

This faucet does look very very nice. However, I know it is not the quality of some of the name brands such as Delta and Moen etc. This isn't okay faucet but again it is not as sturdy and is not the quality. I did expect a little more for the price

Cool and unusual faucet but with valves that are a bit rough

My wife and I have spent many months doing a complete kitchen renovation (not for the feint of heart..) so one of the things we did is get new faucets (we have a bar sink too) and we wanted something out of the ordinary. Considering that 99.99% of the units available are round and we couldn't afford something really dazzling like a waterfall style of faucet, we chose this one which is of a square design. Overall, we're very happy with the way it looks and generally functions, but my one complaint is that the valves have a kind of "catch" in them when reversing directions (turning off then on and visa-versa). For a faucet in this class, I don't expect valves to function any way other than smoothly. This is our first Design House faucet so I don't know if this is common, but I still find it a bit annoying. Granted I haven't tried to contact Design House for replacement valves, so I don't know if that would solve the problem. At any rate, this is why I gave the product 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, it seems to function fine. Though the valves have this problem, they do turn the water completely off and on so no drips. Besides the looks, my wife especially likes the sprayer. It operates smoothly with a nice "shower" effect. She had never really used a sprayer on any faucet until this one. If you're into this kind of look, I recommend this unit with the reservation of the valves. I'll update this as I find out more about replacement valves.

Nice solid unit but the squirter leaks

It took my husband forever to install this, but it is now installed and I've been using it for about 3 weeks. It is nice and solid, but there are a few things I wish were better: There is little difference in flow between the handle being on 1/3 to full, but from 1/3 to off, it is really touchy to get a medium stream out of the faucet. Also, when you have the main faucet on half-flow to full, the squirter leaks pretty badly. I don't know if our water pressure is too much for its seal to handle or if it is defective, but it is pretty annoying and has caused quite a mess as it leaks down the squirter, down the hose, and into my cabinet. We now leave the squirter un-seated and dangling in the sink, which I'm not crazy about.

I love this faucet

I love my new faucet! I can easily fill large pots with water and rinse dishes without splashing the counters. I also love the design which echoes my cupboard pulls.
