This is Better than......

My expensive Delta faucet that was installed 2.5 years ago started acting up 6 months ago. Super loud sound from handle when moving it. Then the soap dispense dispensed liquid soap from unknow holes. I bought this dispenser to replace to 2.5 year old one. It is fine....just a different dye lot...Hoping my wife does not notice. I will prepare a savings account to routinely replace all the new faucets, refrigerators, and other appliances as they life span of them is 2-3 years. Don't get me started on my gorgeous new Samsung refrigerator....."Where looks about function" is the motto.

Broke after less than 6 months

I’m amending my previous review where I gave this 1 star. It broke after less than 6 months but Delta is sending me a new one. Hopefully this one will hold up better. The first email I sent to Delta went to the wrong address and I thought they blew me off. When I got it to the right address, they responded quickly and satisfactorily.

Installation was very difficult BUT, I have a very deep sink so thats no fault of the manufacturer. Hope it lasts because many soap dispensers do not.
