Love the Matte Black Finish

I bought these delta shower fixtures for my bathroom remodel. Picture shows the delta wall jets, delta kinetic bathroom wand and sliding holder, delta diverter and the delta faucet and rain shower head. It was all pretty easy to install. The only difficulty I had was the spacing allotted for the install of the wand and jets after the tile was installed. But that wasn’t the delta products fault it was more a a pre measurement issue to make sure the valve nipples extended the correct amount from behind the wall. Water pressure is great for all of the fixtures. The only thing I wish was that the arm for the shower head extended out a little further. But I really do like all of the fixtures. I love the touch clean technology. This is a must if you don’t have a water softener and live in hard water areas. Packages arrived on time and they were all in good order. The fixtures are expensive but I believe you get what you pay for. I had to call delta customer service to ask a few questions to make sure i ordered all the right stuff. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. 4 stars for value for the money just because they are so expensive. The shower head is adjustable and will tilt out farther if needed.

Worth every penny!

The media could not be loaded. Shipped quickly, high quality, good pressure for waterfall shower head. Our instillation was done by friend, but he had no trouble. We redid our entire bathroom and so glad I choice this set. You can’t buy black in stock in our local stores.

Multiple users need to all like the same temp

If you have multiple people that use the shower and they like different temps, hot versus cold, this may not be for you. The temperature control allows for a limited range, so if you have people that like really hot and also really cold showers, this can only be set to do one or the other. For example, if you set it to get really hot, it only cools down to luke warm. Took a lot of tries to find a range that would get hot enough and still do a mildly cold shower. Also, the handle sticks out way too far and it leaves little room to enjoy the rain shower feature, I am not sure why they would have this stick out so far. It feels like a design flaw. 4 stars for these issues. The rain shower feels nice, I was worried because the head is fairly small and also not square, but it works well. Overall the shower looks nice and I am happy with it.

Feels like a dream

Just completed our home and we needed all delta products for plumbing. No issues with temperature or pressure. The head is lovely and has just the right amount of pressure, as it is changeable.

Don't buy " used "

Bought this faucet " used " the comment on the product was that it had " small scratches on the handle but barely noticeable ". The product was not in the condition as described at all. Every item other then the shower head itself looked as though it had been dropped on the ground and kicked across a concrete floor multiple times. Seriously disappointed in the " used " item. Would have been one thing if the ad accurately described the issue or included pictures rather then falsely saying they were barely noticeable. Some spots are down to bare metal which will quickly get worse over time. Waste of time and money.
