Nice product

We installed this shower head. It was easy to do. We did use plumber’s tape at the main connection. It works well. My only negative is the pricing. It’s steep for what you get.

Works great, but very brassy

Was looking for a brushed gold shower fixture to match rest of my bathroom. This one arrived looking more brass/bronze and has only darkened over time. The shower head itself is great, works well. But the finish isn’t what I was hoping for.

Great water pressure and absolutely gorgeous

I used this product for my bathroom remodel and the issue I have with it is that it leaks / drips from the connection of the handle to the house...

Very Pleased With This Shower Head

I've been using this shower head for a couple of months now and am very happy with it. The spray is powerful. When deciding on which shower head to purchase, I read reviews on this one where people complained about the magnetic docking station for the hand-held not being strong enough and/or not holding the hand-held properly when replacing it. Even though the description states it has a magnetic docking station, mine does not. Instead, the hand-held snaps into the docking station with plastic tabs. At times, it can be a bit sticky to pull it out, but I rather than than it not staying in properly. So overall, I'm very pleased. The only complaint is the price. I think anything over $200 is excessive and I that the price has continually creeped higher and higher.

Functional but not great performance

Easy to install. Matte black finish looks good. It is mainly plastic but that has no impact on appearance or performance. Magnet holds hand unit just fine. Once flow restrictor is removed, water pressure is decent. But handheld water pressure is nowhere what is expected. Have had much better performance from $69 Waterpik handheld (which I could not find in matte black). Bought this one for a Roman shower and to match other square Delta shower head. It looks really good . . . just disappointed in water pressure of hand held unit.

Great Product

After experimenting with many shower-head styles for years and never being fully satisfied, I found the round, less expensive version of this one and really liked it. Because it was a little cheaply made, sometimes they would break, but I always replaced them with new ones. When my last one broke, I couldn't find the round one available anywhere. I then saw this square one, which appeared to be an upgraded version, although a lot more expensive, and with some mixed reviews. We took a chance, even though it seemed a bit pricey. We love it! It basically is an upgraded version of the round one and seems better made and functional in all respects. Yes, it is a little pricey for a plastic unit, but we're happy with it. I saw the many reviews about lack of water pressure and can only assume they were defective in assembly, and not in design. The one we received has a lot of pressure, and the pressure in this one in all settings is quite adequate.

Hand shower wand very difficult to remove from shower head

This is a beautiful piece; however I did not install it as the hand held wand was extremely difficult to remove from the shower head; the magnet is so strong it pulls the wand into the locked position and it takes two hands to remove it. Also the $370 price tag is a little steep.

Excellent shower head and hand hose

I love this shower head! It is beautiful. I was able to easily install this showerhead myself. I decided to use plumbers tape even though it was not required in the directions. One of the reviewer's mentioned that the hand held shower head did not stay on magnetically. I thought this was going to be a problem too when I first installed it. I have used these Delta showerheads before and there is a trick to making sure the handheld part magnetically attaches to the main showerhead. You just have to press the button at the base of the hand held shower head, and it stays in.
