Excellent! Fits my Tioga Montara Roof Vents perfectly!
Very happy with these. I waited a long time to install them, so late review. They fit perfectly on my 1997 Tioga Montara E350 V10 6.8L Ford Class C motorhome RV roof. I have two original vents that needed replacing. I was worried the holes would not line up but they did! Amazing. These are superior in fact, from originals. The top comes off and clicks back on, which is handy if you want to check the vent pipe anytime. Solidly built. Recommend. The bottom holes line up with existing screw holes. The rim is the same, height the same. When you first dry fit them, it may seem like it won't fit, too tight. But if you clean up the old Dicor Lap Sealant on the pipe vent, it fits like a glove. Its a snug fit and that is how it should be. I tried it out with vent pipes heated up from sunlight and this one cold from the box, so if both are heated up, fit would not be so snug. Tips on install: 1. Use a Wagner ($22) heat gun to soften old Dicor Lap Sealant for easy scraping with a putty knife. 2. Remove ALL the old gunk. Best to start clean and not lumpy. I used a pottery putty knife and a flat metal paint scraper with rounded edges. Round them off with a grinder, do not use sharp edges on your rubber roof. Vent should be clean. Roof should be free of gunk. 3. Scrub area around the vent and rubber roof with alcohol and stiff brush, and keep wiping till clean. 4. Match up holes and mark with a marker line on two of them. 5. Add some Dicor Lap Sealant SELF LEVELING TYPE (There is a non-leveling one too), around the vent base to seal off the cut sections of the rubber roof. Always use a caulking gun as the toothpaste type tubes are too hard to press. Always seal off caulking tubes with a wooden dowel, rubber wine stopper or such to perfectly seal up so it does not dry out. 6. Slide on bottom flange onto the vent pipe, lining up holes. 7. Add a dab of Dicor to each screw hole, then put in the same screws or new ones. Make sure these are stainless steel or weather proof type, for no rust. 8. After all screws are tightened, add a dab of Dicor on top of each screw to seal off heads. 9. Add a generous layer of Dicor as a ring around edge of the vent cap so no water leaks in. There are no shortcuts if you don't want water leaks. You can also set the vent cap down on a layer of Dicor below as well, sandwiching it between two layers of Dicor. 10. Fit top of vent cap back on, click it in place. Paint top of vent or all of vent with an ultra white paint to keep sun damage to a minimum.

They work.
Thin light plastic. Really? We can't even get a product with the tiny screw to hold the cap on included? We gotta dig through the screw jar so you can save $.01 per unit?

Good product
Perfect replacement for our 2014 crossroads longhorn. DOES NOT COME WITH HARDWARE which sucks as the harware to build rvs are SO cheap and when they install them they basically all get stripped. Overall good product

No instructions but not needed
Used on a tiny home. Didn’t want to hear wind coming through my drain pipes and it works great. Feels kind cheap material, we haven’t had any hail storms yet or enough direct sunlight to tell, but it’s a so far so good review. Take it for what you will. Cheap and fast, hopefully it lasts.
