High school project made with poor quality products in China

I purchased a pair of this lamp due to the name and description of the product. I thought Tiffany meant quality especially for the price. Straight out of the box it was obvious they were a high school project! They had to be made on preforms as the glass pieces do not lay flat, nice or even. There is A LOT of clumps of solder between those pieces to make it appear as a flat surface. On several pieces/section it is obvious they used a putty (it's actually green and rubbery if you pull on it) to put it together or help hold it together as it oozed out between the pieces of glass and the solder didn't cover it up well. None of the solder lines are smooth, like the real Tiffany products my parents have. The Harp part that screws into the base did not screw all the way into one of the bases as the threads were not cut deep enough so the harp threads stick out about 1/4 inch and are obvious. In both lamps the socket for the bulb are at an angle so the bulb feels very weird when you screw it in. It feels like you have crossed the threads and it looks like the bulb is about to touch the harp on one of the lamps. This was all pretty disappointing since the Tiffany represents quality. The description of this product is of the shade and does not tell you anything about the base. The biggest disappointment was knowing nothing about the base, which we were of the opinion was also metal. So THE BASE: is plastic!!!! It's a poorly made resin base painted brown. Ours came chipped in several places. It has several defects or flaws in the molding/casting of them. Lots of pitting, gouges and feet weren't level on one side. Then the paint on one of them wasn't finished on the bottom. There was A LOT of white resin visible around the "flowers" on the base. All-in-all I am very disappointed in these lamps and will be returning them as soon as I find a replacement (ASAP). Super poor quality not just in the lamp shade, which the description of the product is of, but in the entire lamp all together. Tiffany meant quality product for the price you paid! I paid $100 for these 14inch lamps, that were a big let down. I feel that Dale Tiffany really sold out his family name!

Cute little lamp!

We were looking for a petite lamp to put on a desk to give a little supplemental light. I wasn't sure if we could find a candelabra-base bulb which would be bright enough but the photo shows how nice this lamp looks with an LED 20w-equivalent bulb. It is the perfect size to sit on the corner of the desk and allows space for notebooks, etc. it would also make a great bedside table light. The harp is tall enough for a tallish candelabra bulb.

Dale Tiffan Accent Lamp

Exactly what I was looking for. The lamp is a perfect size/look for a small space. Have purchased several Dale Tiffany lamps and have been pleased with their product. Want to thank Amazon Customer Service for their help with a minor issue. All was resolved quickly to my satisfaction.
