A Handy Kitchen Tool

It is just the right size that I wanted for making home made pizza in a Ninja Foodi XL oven. Putting the pizza in is difficult with this peel because of the ridges, it is hard to get the uncooked pizza dough to slide off, but it is excellent for taking the cooked pizza out when done. It is also excellent for frozen pizza putting it in to a hot oven and taking it out.

Meh

The allure of the folding handle has its pros and cons. Obviously. Its easy to store and can go into almost any drawer or cabinet since the folded size is only about 12x12. Unfortunately, when opened, the handle does not really lock into place. The knob used to tighten the handle into desired place often loosens and the handle ends up bending at the most inconvenient time. Sad to say, I’ve lost some precious dough as a result.

Great for wood-grilled pizza. Nice price, too.

Compared to pricier peels, this one delivers. Fits our wood- grilled pizza oven and with the addition of a sprinkle of cornmeal, the crusts slide right off.

With a little tweaking it's okay

Had you modify the handle by sanding to fit the paddle onto the handle. I had to use glue to secure the paddle to the handle firmly. Without it there is definitely movement side to side. After the modifications it works fine.
