Decent ribbon!
I bought this ribbon to cut in strips and hang from door-hooks to organize my ungodly about of hair accessories. To put that in perspective, I used this to replace the hanging thing I bought to organize them in the first place. This is actually relevant. ....Also, we all have our vices. I can tell you the following things about this ribbon: It supports weight pretty well. Did not have a problem with pulling. Would say this can support a couple pounds, if it matters. I have all my heavier clips strung on the same vertical band of ribbon and it's fine. Haven't tried it horizontally. You can totally seal the ends with fire. Melt that thing, and you're good. I haven't had any fraying, and I basically cut holes in the middle of the ribbon, too, to put my hairsticks and long pins in. I melted the edge of the holes and they've held up great. The color's nice. It's like, a very pale sky. Not smoky, not what I'd call bright. The price is right. You can make some giant bows out of this stuff or ruffle and use it as trim, whatever, and it's not a ripoff. It does crease a bit. I have some very vicious, tiny, claw-style clips, and those are the only things that make this ribbon unhappy. You could probably gently steam it back into relative smoothness, but presumably you are not going to latch dozens of tiny pointy metal teeth into your ribbon, so you're probably okay. I'll update this if I ever do anything weird or fun with the rest of my ribbon, or if one day it protests barrettes enough to, I dunno, tear itself in half or whatever. But for now, we're good.

Dirty and in pieces
This originally arrived with four cut pieces wrapped around the bolt. I needed the ribbon so I figured I would just let that slide. As I went to use the ribbon I noticed black dots which almost look like mold through the layers of ribbon. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Beautiful and elegant
This beautiful blue ribbon was used for gift boxes for a baby shower and looked so elegant! I got many compliments on it and was very pleased with the value for the money. I would order this item again if the need every arises.

I gave it four starts because while it is satin, it's more closely related to floral ribbon. It still worked for what I needed it for.
