Swiss Cross planter pot

These are great, started out with one, ordered more and then a few more. Terrific and go with my Swiss cross theme through out the house. Quality is great and Creative Co op has them for the best prices I have seen around. Packaged safely and the quality is outstanding on all the pots I have purchased from the Creative Co op company.

Sturdy, but pretty!

Okay, this is one really good flower pot! Looks nice, was shipped quickly, and well packaged. My experiment for the winter was starting a couple of small hydroponic tanks to grow fresh lettuce & cherry tomatoes. One semi-small problem was that even with only planting a couple seeds per pod, I had 100% germination of my micro-dwarf tomatoes! Yep. And all very, sturdy plants and I just couldn't make myself thin and toss any. So, I ended up keeping 1 plant per pod and transplanting any others. The first variety I started on Christmas Day, and they not only bloomed, but they actually have tomatoes! Flushed with success, I gave in and started a couple pods of a different variety. At my house, we generally have some extra flower pots of various types lying around, but I wanted something sturdier than plastic and nicer to look at than standard clay pots. So when I spotted this one, I pounced! This is one heavy pot and comes with it's own small saucer. It looks lovely and even a bit of rough handling by the Post Office didn't faze it a bit. The glaze has a very pretty gloss and as it's black and white, it pretty much goes with any room. It's now home to a couple of micro-dwarf tomatoes I transplanted a the day I received it and I'm very pleased with it. I do wish it's saucer was a little deeper (which is why the pot's on a paper plate in addition to it's saucer) as any miscalculations in watering could end up more than a bit messy. I really do love this pot. It's pretty, it's functional and sturdy, and it's cured a large male cat from trying to get up on the counter. With the kitchen lights on and the plant lights on, he got an interesting look at himself reflected on the pot. He hasn't made a try for the counter in three days! I definitely recommend this item for anyone growing plants indoors. I think I would hesitate to use it outside, because I'd be worrying about it getting scratched up or damaged. I plan on ordering a couple more for the indoor "mint & herb garden" as the mints are more than ready to transplant and the basil is going to be ready to move soon.

Larger than expected! Solid pot

When I read "Holds 4" Pot", all I saw was 4" pot so it is larger than expected but that isn't a problem. The only issue is me learning how to transplant houseplants. This one didn't do so well but I haven't given up hope just yet!

Nice for the price

This is a sturdy medium planter pot under 25 bucks that is NOT PLASTIC! I have been shopping around for a couple weeks on this site and elsewhere and now know that the list price for this size planter is really quite cheap! It has a drainage hole as well as a plate to catch said drainage and is really quite pleasing to the eye. Another reviewer stated the cross was off on their planter and I suppose mine is slightly askew as well, but I think it adds to the charm of the pot overall. I can't wait to add my newly ordered pothos plant to this gem!

Cute and has drainage

This is a cute planter, even better in person. It is medium size so good for medium plants or for small plants who you want to grow. It has a saucer to sit on but it's not attached which is great for bottom watering in the sink. It also has a drain hole for bottom watering and drainage. I'm a fan and am happy to see my little plant in it.

Cute planter

This black planter is solid, nicely painted, and a nice addition to anybody's home decor. Particularly looks good in my bathroom. The pottery is nice and thick, less likely to chip and crack. Can be used outside but I'd use caution in areas that are subject to freezing. Overall, a decent price for a cute pot!

Very cute pot. Set Of Two means it comes with two pieces, the pot and the saucer it sets on. The design on mine was centered and even.
