did not have a white background

A very good tape measure but was disappointed with the yellow background. It had a white background in the photos shown, but when I received it, the background was yellow. I think a tape measure with a white background is much easier to read

Nice Everyday Tape

I recommend this tape as an everyday medium duty tool. Even though Craftsman has changed ownership, the products are still mostly high quality. This is no exception, good product. Would recommend

Handy little tape with a magnet to slap onto the side of my toolbox.

I never had much use for a belt clip which usually somehow got in the way. So the magnet was a nice feature and has been the biggest benefit. I'll either slap it onto the side of my tool chest or onto one of the legs of my workbench. One thing I did NOT consider when I bought it... it measures in imperial only. So if you're looking for a combo imperial metric pocket tape, this one is not it. I did check it out to 7 feet and it was dead on. The cleat is attached correctly as the measure was still accurate whether hooked on or butting against. YMMV. Either way, this is my favorite go to for a quick measure. Now if I could only get one with metric too.

Handy for short measuring requirements.

Hate the large bulky tapes when the majority of my measurements are for small metal fabrication needs. Easy to hold this small tape in one hand hold a piece of metal with the other hand and handle the tape so as to obtain the measurements needed.

Small and sturdy

My new favorite tape measure. Most of the thing I measure are under 10 feet, so this is perfect. Very well made, and I’d know, I’ve got too many tape measures to count! Hahahaha

Nice pocket size, works well, but not for heavy use.
