I got this as a gift for my two-year-old granddaughter she loves everything baby shark so I thought it would be a great gift and she loves it.

Good product

My son begged to get this clock. It functions well for its purpose. Alarm is very loud though. Even on them lowest volume. We wound up putting tape over the speaker. Also, first time we used the alarm we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. Instructions did not specify easily as to how to turn the alarm off

This alarm clock is SO loud.

The design is great. The clock itself is great. I like that you can set a sleep timer and the shark closes its eyes. The alarm however, horrific. It’s SO loud no matter how much you turn down the volume. My child screams every time it goes off. I have no idea what they were thinking.

I thought my daughter would love it, She is terrified of its singing alarm. Screams for me to shut it off Lol it's very loud. But she loves it without the alarm! It also doesn't shut the lights off at night or close its eyes with the alarm off so it looks pretty creepy at night. We put a picture in front of it until morning. Lol If it weren't for my 4 year old being a little uneasy about it. I would say it's what I expected. Def jams baby shark tune

Difficult

It's pretty difficult to understand how to use. I figured it would be pretty simple since it's geared for kids but there is so much going on with it. As a mom of 3 Littles and trying to get this thing to work without being frustrated it's a no for me.

Love it, but issues

The media could not be loaded. amazing product. love all the features. Would be better if clock setting was a combo of buttons instead of one push so daughter could use other features without reseting clock all the time. and unfortunately stopped charging already, got it yesterday. Hopefully company will fix without issue.
