Runs Big

6' 190 lbs. Athletic to muscular build I normally wear L/XL, with shirts being snug around my chest and arms. I got this in L, an it's loose all around, with the sleeves coming to my knuckles. Stretchy fabric. Too thick to be considered lightweight, but I'd wear something over it on a chilly day. Fabric is a little rough, but I use it for hunting, so I don't use fabric softener. I'll go down 2 sizes next time, to get a snug fit, since this will be a base layer.

Extra large is double extra large.

XL for my husband was like a triple large. I tried it and although it feels nice & soft I wouldn’t keep it. I ordered a large that hasp arrived yet I’m going to order copper compression for my husband because it had worked well in the past.

Not breathable

Unfortunately I missed the return window by one day, finally wore this shirt and within 10 minutes I could smell terrible smells coming out of the shirt. the fit is wonderful and it looks like a good material but the fabric is not breathable at all, I felt hot and insulated however, I use spray deodorant all over my body in the summer time and was shocked that I could smell terrible smells coming out of this shirt. Not sure exactly what this Sports copper infused shirt is supposed to do but it did not work for me. I would not recommend this shirt.
